22.01.2022 We adore this fabulous guide to nourishing the new mother; "The First Forty Days" by Heng Ou. In our society there's still so much focus on health during pregnancy and not enough on post-partum recovery, health, nourishment and guidance. This book is a god-send and one that we highly recommend to anyone having a baby. In fact, I really wish it was available when I had my first bubs way back when!
