24.01.2022 Cleansing Good skin starts with a GREAT routine. When was the last time you asked- am I using the right products, in the right order and in the right WAY? Ok so to kick off this little series, cleansing is paramount to a healthy glowing skin. Which ever cleanser you have WORK it into the skin (I see you out there rubbing it on then splashing off in 5 seconds) take the time- 1-2 minutes (as long as you brush your teeth) and massage it into the skin. Pick up your skin, fee...l it under your fingertips using the pads of all your fingers. Work the Product into your fine lines - the stimulation will help product fibroblast that make collagen and elastin Got congestion? Massage in circular motions in those areas to really warm the skin allowing optimum product penetration. *if your using an oil or balm use on dry skin with dry hands, work in, wet fingertips work in again, then wipe off. These will not work as effectively wet as they do dry on their own. Remove: There should be no splashing of water over the skin- it’s just not thorough enough. It will always leave a residue of product on the skin that can actually lead to congestion and product build up. Use a Cleansing Cloth this will seriously change your life. My cloths are like a chamois for the skin that are the size of a face washer but do not breed bacteria and are not as rough as a normal washer. Once that is done... REPEAT Yes you read correctly- the first cleanse only removes the ‘day’ (makeup, Spf’s, pollution, sweat etc). The second cleanser really works deep into the sub layers of the skin to regenerate cells, even out oil flow, increase natural desquamation (exfoliating) to reveal smoother, healthier skin. Easy right?
