23.01.2022 The irony when you need a set of snips to open your new set of snips

21.01.2022 Gorgeous family. The wedding videos always get me. That's the 1 regret I have from my own wedding - not having a videographer. Its so lovely to look back and see everyone dancing, remembering the speeches, the ceremony! Definitely worth the investment

20.01.2022 Friends, supporters & sponsors. It is with a hugely heavy heart that the PLTI Committee & our Coordinators have made the gut wrenching decision to cancel Tunara...ma 2021. There are a number of reasons for this & the decision was NOT made because of this temporary lockdown. We have serious, on-going concerns about the safety of the community, & our older volunteers, given the number of people we attract to the Festival. Another important issue concerns the restrictions around gatherings that will likely stay in place for some time. Once the '1 person per 4 square metre' rule was reintroduced on Monday, we knew the event could be in trouble. We work very hard to ensure many elements of the Festival remain free admission & by adding a handful of ticketed events to the program, we are able to earn a small income to offset many of those costs. The costs haven't changed but our capacity for income has diminished considerably. Even though this current outbreak may be quickly contained, no-one can guarantee that it won't happen again leading up to the Festival nor can anyone guarantee that those restrictions will be removed. We've lost critical planning time that can't be replaced - the timing of this has been dreadful for our Festival. It is also grossly unfair to suppliers, sponsors, stallholders, advertisers & visitors alike to be left hanging in a sort of limbo as to whether they should plan to be here or not. Today has been awful for everyone but WE WILL BE BACK! Assuming this nasty COVID business is sorted sometime in 2021, prepare yourself for a fantastic event in 2022 with ALL the bells, whistles and traditions returned in force. All our paid staff have been stood down til January but we are monitoring emails & our phone. THANK YOU to all our wonderful sponsors who are being so supportive of our decision. If you haven't heard from us yet, please be patient - we are still working to contact you. Please stay safe out there & we look forward to seeing you all again very soon. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. See more

20.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Lateisha & Zane. After a venue change, guest number changes, style changes, we finally made it to the special day. Thank you for working with us through all the madness of the last 6 months. We really enjoyed creating this party space for you xxx

19.01.2022 Well this is a little bit special such a privilege to play a small part in this wonderful day

18.01.2022 The very second I sit at the computer, this happens. I do apologise to those waiting for quotes. If I can stay awake past 8pm tonight I will do my best to sit at the computer and smash out some bookwork. Thanks everyone for your ongoing support despite my complete lack of communication. I really do appreciate it. Much love

13.01.2022 So so thrilled to do this wedding. Zac and Tamara battled to get to this day. Just to name a few of the obstacles they faced: a last minute venue change after their venue could "no longer accommodate them," cutting their guest list in half, and to top it off- awful weather predicted for Saturday. Then it all started to look brighter with the announcement of dancing and "vertical consumption of drinks" and the weather held out for them too! It was certainly a day worth celebra...ting. I arrived at waybacks to set up, pretty much a hot mess from a serious lack of sleep (thanks twinnies) and their friends and family completely blew me away with their hands on/can do spirit. I could have burst into tears. Even after everything they had been through there spirit had not been broken. I have so much love for this couple and their friends and family. Thank you for involving me in your very special day See more

12.01.2022 It has been brought to my attention that our website contact form is not working. I have not been receiving messages via my website for several weeks it seems. I apologise to those who have been waiting for a response. I have now disabled that feature on the website as unfortunately this is not the first time it has stopped working. Best way to get in touch with us is to email [email protected] x

10.01.2022 Thought a comparison photo would be cute while i have the pendants in the house. Turns out kids get harder to photograph as they get older. Same pendant and same ridiculous child

10.01.2022 It's so fulfilling to create a space where people as wonderful as Lisa and Joel can celebrate their love with their friends and family. Thank you for being so relaxed and a joy to work with. I hope you have many many happy, love filled years together

09.01.2022 First wedding back after having the twins. Baby brain is definitely a real thing

09.01.2022 I was thrilled to be involved in this promotion for our fabulous region. So wonderful to see the finished product. Well done Kinship Productions you've nailed it! head on over to Visit Port Lincoln and if you haven't already, give their page a like. Even if you are a local you will no doubt be inspired to get out in your own backyard this summer and discover everything this region has to offer

08.01.2022 I had some wonderful help packing up this morning. When I thanked Della for her efforts her response was "choc choc?" Clearly she wasn't helping out of the kindness of her heart

07.01.2022 Hi everyone. We are aware that there is a lot of speculation about what Tunarama 2021 will look like, especially in these very difficult times. In the face of t...his global pandemic, running large, public events has become a monumental challenge just to get anything off the ground. The work happening behind the scenes simply to comply with a vast array of specific government rules and regulations is mind-boggling. We are all very sad that some of our much-loved, larger events have to take a back seat for 2021. However, Tunarama is a major economic driver for our region and it will be far better for the local economy & our community - especially after so many months of uncertainty - to have a weekend of activities than to throw in the towel and do nothing. Tourists are likely to descend on the town in droves as Tunarama may well be the first large-scale event in SA since this whole sorry COVID-19 business started back in March. Be assured, we are doing everything we can to make this Festival the best it can be and also be assured that, as long as the world changes back to something akin to 'normal' at some point in 2021, the things we can't do this year will be back in 2022. If you want to know anything, please ask us, we’re more than happy to tell you what we know. Please understand that our circumstances change almost daily - we're doing our very best with what we know today and we hope you will support us on this journey. See more

05.01.2022 They are here! The little round one on the end is the latest addition to our rattan pendant collection. We have 5 of each to offer you and couldn't be happier with how they all look together

05.01.2022 Ah I love seeing the professional photos come back!

03.01.2022 Since the announcement of dancing and drinking the bookings are coming in thick and fast for us and other vendors! Dust off your wedding planning hat peeps and get organised for 2021 2022 xx

01.01.2022 Its amazing what a bit of hanging greenery and lights can do for a space. I'm hoping to do lots of parties at the Tumby Bay Power Boat Club Ski Beach really soon! It's a fabulous blank canvas with a stunning backdrop! Renni Maitland Photography
