Prevention's the best cure so book a marine specialist to service your needs (we can help with that )... Plan your route - passage planning depends on a number of factors, such as fuel range, available berthing and appropriate anchorage. Make sure you plan the entire voyage before you leave (our experience here speak for itself ) Weather window - only venture out in conditions that are suitable for your vessel and crew experience.
