20.01.2022 Another day of ministry where God turned up and healed and delivered people. Pastor Potel in Nainala has built a large building on the land and he invited the whole community to come along as the team visited. The team did some teaching, Sharnay gave her testimony and then it was time to pray. Many people were healed but there were a few stand outs. One woman had an operation not long ago and her bowel protruded the muscle lining like a hernia. They said she needed another op...eration but God kindly healed her on the spot, she was so excited and overwhelmed she gave her heart to Jesus immediately. Ironically, as they were driving out her father was on the side of the road with a walking stick like the vision given from the team back in Australia that morning. He wanted prayer too and also gave his heart to Jesus. God showed various issues of the people which needed to be prayed for and gave the team various words of knowledge for someone there. Again it was another day with many healings, many lives given to Jesus and joy breaking out in the villages. One team member shared: It’s like mini revivals are breaking out wherever God leads us and we are both privileged and honoured to be part of it! We are exhausted but who wants to come home when you are seeing God do so much?

19.01.2022 Several times the team back in Australia has given some insights into people they believed the visiting team in Uganda would meet that day or the following day. Ages and descriptions were given of who to specifically to watch out for and pray for. In some cases what the individual even needed pray for was given as well. No distance is too great for our God. Today the team again found people in their spiritual treasure hunt to pray for based on these prophetic insights and saw God at work. This is just one way how prayer partners support the work of those on the ground. Powerful testimonies often flow as a result of unity and prayer. Who is God calling you to pray for today?

19.01.2022 The team went to the Lake yesterday and checked on the progress of our newest clinic! How great is it? This clinic is going to serve a very remote community and they are so excited to see it being built. The walls, ceiling and roof are all up. It has a consultation room, pharmacy room and a small men’s, women’s and children’s ward plus an isolation room and birthing room. Now we just need some windows, doors and floors. Wanna help? Just make a donation to our general fund and mark it clinic.

18.01.2022 Sometimes it is all about the little things we do. This young man has a disability, is often shunned and has never owned a pair of shoes! Following the prompting by God to buy this man some footwear, it became a pivotal point to bless the man and gave the team opportunity for some deep discussions and prayer in the wider community. As a result many were challenged, people gave their hearts to Jesus and many were healed ... all because of a pair of shoes. Never underestimate the significance of a single act directed by God to bless another!

14.01.2022 More teaching, preaching and healing unfolded today. After a time of open teaching, people had an opportunity to chose an elective. Workshops for women, youth, worship and pastors were offered by our visiting team. A wonderful time was had by all. ... One young boy who is blind has received a small measure of healing and can now see light behind his eyes. The team are praying for complete recovery of his sight. Others also received healing or were set free from fears. Another great day of ministry for everyone.

11.01.2022 While we have been somewhat quiet after our big trip to Uganda in January, we are still connecting with people and places in other lands. God was so good with our team trip in January. We really argued about the rationale of making a trip straight after Christmas when our team leaders were tired! But God made it very clear we must go in January, for it would be our only chance for a while. Wow! God is always right. Our team came home just before Covid-19 really began to make... a presence in the world and travel came to a halt. So in the resting stage and a season of enforced Sabbath rest, we are encouraging our overseas friends with messages and calls. Some of our international friends are really struggling with fear of sickness and the even more the real issue of food shortages, as no travel for some places means no food. Please pray for our brothers and sisters in other countries who don’t have the same infastructure we do or the medical resources. Pray for God’s mercy, provision and protection, stand with them and encourage them.

10.01.2022 Yesterday the team visited Bumera Village. This village has been the centre of a lot of demonic activity through witch doctors. A lot of prayer has gone into the day and the team's visit. After a 2.5 hr drive, we spent some time in the local church being introduced to the pastors and leaders. Judy led with some free worship and God gave some key prophetic pictures of Gods warrior angels holding back demonic hordes. The Ugandan leadership are really on fire, and you can see th...e qualities of Jesus in them, kindness, loving and dedicated to each other and the kingdom. Prayed for several people after the church service and all were healed by Jesus. Back pain, leg pain, chest pain, baby with fever snd a lady suffering from nightmares. We walked down to the village square and Judy again led with powerful worship. We had an instant crowd, many children and also others hanging in the background observing. Rob gave his testimony and the gospel message of Jesus and then we prayed for people. Later Ben would give the gospel message again and many children gave their lives to Jesus as well as several adults. With the odd exception, everyone who came for healing ,received healing , testifying to measurable changes. This is becoming almost a daily occurrence and is blowing the minds of both the team and the locals. One girl asked for prayer for her mother who was at home in severe pain and unable to walk. God touched her deeply as we prayed then she asked us if she could give her life to Jesus! Judy and Zelma prayed with a girl who had been sexually abused. Joe prayed for a man with impaired vision and pain in his eyes as a result of a dream he he had and he saw the man healed. Ben, Steve and Joe prayed for a possessed lady who was fully delivered. Sharnay prayed with a lady with accelerated, erratic heartbeat and felt her heart under hand return to normal. Sharnay also prayed for many children, all who felt better. They had stomach pains, possibly from swimming in the lake and getting parasites but all said the pains left after prayer. Our time in Bumeru was truly an exceptional day in the Kingdom of God and we visited this town with His favour. We praise God for His great love and power on display this day!

10.01.2022 The team is having a well deserved rest day at Sipi. Pray they are deeply refreshed at every level ready for the remainder of their time in Uganda.

09.01.2022 The last couple of days for the team have been HUGE! A village visit for the day saw some powerful ministry with people responding to the Gospel message and people healed. Joy broke out in the village and there was so much excitement at the presence of God displaying His authority. The whole community was deeply impacted. The following day was a time of ministry in Tororo. The team spent some time asking God to show them who to pray for. God showed Rob a picture of an old man... wearing a grey shirt, leather sandals/thongs and shuffling along as he could not walk properly. Lo and behold, they found him first up on the way to a slum they were walking to. The man gave his life to Christ and was filled with joy! He was lifting his feet off the ground too as he had also received some healing. While this was happening, some of the team were leading a crippled man to the Lord. He had no use of his legs and gets himself around using only his arms. They are going to try and get him a wheelchair bike that is powered by arms not legs. At the slum, the team prayed at the site of the outdoor meeting from the last Uganda mission where a witchdoctor confronted the team using his little supernatural bag of evil tricks. (The witchdoctor lost and God won in case you hadn’t already heard.) One older woman who has been living in the area for 40 years said since our last team ran that crusade several years ago, a number of witch doctors have tried to establish themselves in the area and each time they have failed and fled! What a testimony of Gods power! From here, the team went out in pairs with an interpreter praying for people in the streets as they went. Some God healed through prayer, others were given malaria medication. Again God used the team to bless many in the community in a variety of ways. Later some of the team also went up to Tororo Rock to pray against witchcraft and evil which has set itself up in the high places as there are many evil shrines in these areas. The team prayed on the mountain and spoke out the truth the whole earth belongs to the glory of God. All high places belong to God alone. Again it has been another big day of seeing God at work.

08.01.2022 How we all need some hope in our current situation. Read on for some good news. Check out our latest newsletter. Hope in July 2020 - https://mailchi.mp/354e48b9155b/hope-in-july-2020

07.01.2022 There are not many who can say they have joined us on a trip to every location we go. Yet Steve Collins has officially completed the Heartfelt Hope bingo. He has been with us on a mission trip to Cambodia, Uganda and Vanuatu. Plus he has been on a discipleship tour to Israel & Jordan. Now he has all that experience he is moving onto Norway. If you would like to support him as goes on mission to the ends of the earth please follow the link below.

02.01.2022 We made a mistake. A costly one. When you are a tiny organisation with limited funds to try and help others, mistakes hurt. Yet God has an incredible way of turning our mistakes into beautiful accidents which grow His kingdom. We had intended to send some financial support for food to one of our communities that were doing it tough .... but the money never arrived. After various phone calls, text messages and contacting the bank we found the deposit had accidentally been sent... to the Bible Society instead. Honestly, we are not sure how that even happened! Immediately we sent a new donation to our overseas community in Tanna for some much needed food. Next we contacted the Bible Society and asked if our donation could be used to purchase bibles and resources ordered by the community to the same amount. When we contacted one of the chiefs and explained and apologised for our mistake, this is what he wrote: I have talked to a pastor at the Bible society. Yes we can order bibles or Sunday school lessons which we badly needed. Oh thank God He knew our need so He intervened. We were so concerned about providing for their physical needs we had failed to ask what their spiritual needs were. Yet God lovingly, gently and mysteriously redirected our funds so this community will not only receive food but bibles and resources as well. This happy accident cost us but blessed people in more ways than we had intended. God knows our heart. He knows we love to care for the soul, to teach, preach, disciple and win lives for Jesus. This time we had only focused on the obvious need of food but God made sure the spirit was fed too. It’s always a thrill when we remember we ask God to guide us, lead us and use us to help others and He continues to do so even when we make a mistake!

01.01.2022 The team had a very long day yesterday running a youth conference in Itunda. Again many people were blessed with the teaching, the prayers and the encouragement. As a result a number of people gave their lives to Jesus. Some were also healed from sickness or pain. Others received prophetic words or a word of hope. The team also had some fun setting up with Steve on drums and later discussing their recent spat of marriage proposals. At the end of a long day they returned back... to base very late. Today will be their last day in Tororo with lots of goodbyes. Pray the team can finish well and wrap up and debrief with the local team before they begin the trek home.

01.01.2022 We take so much for granted! Flashback to a past mission trip: As we shared breakfast in a hotel today with a local village pastor, we needed to instruct him on how to create a jam toast. We showed him how to use a knife, told him the creamy cubes on the plate was butter, the lump of dark jelly was jam and how to spread them on his bread. As he cautiously tried this new food, he then shared his surprise at having a shower in his room. With a shocked look on his face, he told... us there was warm water coming from the ceiling tap INSIDE a cupboard of his room! We can smile at this story but it highlights the fact we have so many resources at our disposal! Often we think everything before us are our rights rather than our privileges. Let's strive to be more grateful with what resources we have and also more generous! : Mario Mesaglio : Jakayla Toney
