22.01.2022 It looks like I can still work as Remedial Therapy is classed as Allied Health. For the duration of this crisis I have to restrict my appointments to 30 minutes. keep safe everybody

21.01.2022 Brad from Snap Fitness in Murray Bridge approached me about doing some treatments at his gym, after thinking about it for awhile I agreed that it would be a good time to look at something different. I will be doing 20 minute Quick Start treatments every second Friday afternoon starting on the 6th of November at 1pm/ Quick Start is a treatment done above clothes and is a blend of many different modalities such as myofascial release, bowen, trigger point therapy, kinesiology acupressure and other treatment protocols. I can help relieve most joint problems and restrictions, headaches, back pain. I can check if muscles are "switched off" and reset them. I will be able to accept credit card or cash. I am looking forward to helping people training at Snap Fitness to reach their fitness goals

06.01.2022 Here we go again with the lock downs, at this point in time I can stay open but need to wear a mask. hopefully this lock down will be over and done with quickly.

02.01.2022 To all my friends and clients, this virus has shut down the massage industry in South Australia. Hopefully we can be allowed to open up again sooner than later. In the mean time stay safe

02.01.2022 I started doing my quick start treatments at snap fitness today, I treated a couple of people for back , neck and shoulder problems, I discussed some treatment options with some others and we got some very good outcomes. I am looking forward to my next session of treatments in a fortnights time. If you have some pain or restricted joint movement and not much time then see me at snap fitness for your short cut to pain relief on Friday the 20th November between 1 and 3pm
