15.01.2022 Sorry for the inconvenience I’m not going to reopen just yet ..... Iv been Feeling uneasy the last few days to re-open my salon next week so iv decide not to I need to go with my gut feeling we haven’t hit winter yet and I feel like we haven’t had this coronavirus as bad as we think yet , I’m going to wait another month and see with other businesses opening up first , so sorry for the inconvenience I just need to be safe for myself as well Having 40 clients passing thro...ugh on a weekly bases and I feel like I can’t rely on clients to be honest with me if there sick and put other at risk , Its going to be to stressful for me to keep the sterilisation in between every client at this stage there is no alcohol to buy to clean the salon its all sold out for six months that’s the only solution that will kill the virus if it was to be in the salon so that’s scary on its own , Clients that now with my mum she’s back home with me so on top of looking after my mum having kids home schooling I’m already over my head with them . just see in the next month . 09.01.2022 Public notice Just to keep client updated on my decision on when to open Ormeau beauty , I am holding off opening to see if we have any new cases in Queensland Some people might think Im being over the top but its better to be cautious to see with other businesses opening first if we start to get new cases of the virus Starting in Queensland , ... If we dont get any new cases of the viruses in the next two weeks Im happy to open the first week in June , but theres going to be strict guidelines Im only going to introduce legs , bikini , Brazilian and underarm waxing at first, I have decided not to do any facial waxing until i know the coronavirus is fully under Control due to face waxing is more likely to be harder for me to sterilise and more contagious , Sorry for any inconvenience but Im looking after client and my self . 08.01.2022 Notice Clients .... as some people might of heard beauty salons are allowed to reopen from 17th of May , there is a order that I need to do this pre-booking in , so please read carefully............ I closed my doors on the 19th of March, I will be re-booking those clients first and then It will follow in suit from that date , can everyone please be patient because I cant do all clients in one go , this is the best way and the fairest way to rebook all clients ... Ill be starting with clients that was booked on the 19th of March then 24th of March then the 26th of March , if you remember your booking from back then if not iv got you in my diary too . Ill be starting with those clients first, please Wait for your text for me to rebook you please dont try to text for bookings I wont be able to keep up with the amount of client trying to book in . . . I wont forget about everyone we just need to do this at a slow and safe pace..... Just so everyone realises its only been 4hr iv had 30 clients texting for bookings but Dont worry Im not booking anyone in that order I need to stick to a system for this to work . Please again Ill do my best to keep everyone happy and safe . We still need to be safe too at the end of the day Ill be contacting those clients that had a appointment on the 19th 24th 26th of March first . Thank you

07.01.2022 Ormeau beauty update . First of all I would like to say thank you to all clients being so patient with me when to open again . We have done so well in Queensland with this virus , ... Three days ago I reopened the salon , to tell you the truth I was SO worried to open but Im very happy with all my clients Being very cautious too and good to see clients rebook if when there not well ... I am a worried wort , to me it is a big responsibility of all my clients to be safe.. OK enough of all my sobbing lets get down to Business LOL I have been quite busy to get everyone in , next week Ill be catching up with my bookings , if client are in need of any waxing i have 5 appointment left next thur 11th . Im happy to start waxing clients brows and lip chin knowing we are on stage two now. within Queensland we havent got many cases of this virus and Im more confident with the sterilising in between clients too , I still need to practice the social distancing with all clients and not having a waiting area in the salon until we get more notice from Queensland health to go back to normal. 06.01.2022 HEALTH RISK . Attention to all clients Due to this coronavirus if you have travelled overseas Or have been in contact with anyone from overseas especially been to an Asian country ,... PLEASE let me know do not come to your appointment at least for two weeks , Even if you havent been any where but you have any flu like symptoms rebook when you feel better To have some consideration for other clients and myself as I am visiting my mother with low immunity and she is at high risk and I am just concerned for her and my families well being. I appreciate the consideration. I will also send out a reminder with the confirmation text just to make sure you remember. Please share with other to spread the word.

06.01.2022 Update News Hello to all clients , Im putting this out there iv had a few people asking if Im opened but Unfortunately with the coronavirus beauty salons and waxing salons are one of the businesses that need to have their doors closed due to this pandemic With my salon I am a home salon but Im a registered Business , sorry but I need to be closed other wise I get a massive fine if I reopen before the Government says so , I know its really hard for some people but it...s only for a shot while if we all do this it will be over faster then they say . I cant wait to come back too .... Please keep safe this is all real hope everyone is ok we will get though this .

05.01.2022 Public notice , Unfortunately I have decided on closing the salon for at least four weeks reopen late April due to this coronavirus , Made my decision when I had a doctors appointment yesterday advice from my Dr his Concerned that Im not well at the moment with a immune disorder I want be well enough to fight any virus off . He advised to stop work self isolate until this all blows over . ... I will be Sending texts out to clients that have got appointments with me in the next month.
