24.01.2022 Important information. The straight track will be out of use for slipping tomorrow due to works. Now that we are entering the hot summer months participants and trainers are welcome to park in the undercover area. We ask that prior to entering the gate into the main facility you empty your dogs on the grass adjacent to the Return and Earn as you enter off Londonderry Road. Thank you for your cooperation.... The club gives advance notice that there will be no trials conducted on Monday 30th November and Tuesday 1st December due to heavy machinery on site for works on the straight track. Our annual Xmas4Kids race night is on again this year on Friday 4th December. Plenty of free giveaways, activities for the kids, live music from Harry Court and of course a special visit from Santa. 11.01.2022 Message from the Richmond Race Club. Due to circumstances beyond the control of the club as a result of numerous withdrawals from the Ladbrokes Richmond Riches Puppy Auction scheduled for Sunday 29th November, regrettably the auction has been cancelled. Direct entry into the Ladbrokes Richmond Riches Race Series to be held in May 2022 will still be available for all owners and breeders who wish to participate in the series. Prize money for the series will be determined by the... number of entries. There are currently 40 direct entries into the race series. For those wishing to sell dogs the club will help facilitate this process. Please contact the office in this respect. Normal twilight racing will take place on Sunday 29th November 2020.

Peter Rodgers has been appointed as the new Chair. We will now work with GRNSW to determine a process to appoint an additional two independent members. 01.01.2022 Weve been working hard to ensure we can continue racing and welcoming patrons here at the Richmond Race Club, in line with our COVID-19 Safety plan. As of Friday 14th August, the following conditions will be in place for all events at Richmond Race Club. These conditions will be monitored by an independent Covid Safety Marshall. Check in is required for every person who enters the venue via the Richmond Race Club QR code or hard copy sign in at the front gate, bar/bistro/...function areas, you must also undergo a temperature test. All patrons must be seated whilst consuming food and beverages at all times, both inside and outside. All patrons must be seated in the Grandstand if they are outside this includes when outside to watch racing. There may be no more than 10 (ten) patrons seated together at any time inside and outside. Physical distancing must be practised. When moving around the venue to place a bet at the tote or with one of our bookies, you cannot have your drink with you, please leave your drink supervised at your table Please note that masks are not mandatory at this stage, however it is strongly recommended you wear a mask when 1.5m physical distancing may not always be practical. We remind all participants and patrons to practise safe and healthy hygiene, clean your hands regularly with soap and water, cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing, avoid close contact.
