24.01.2022 Well what a year - it was busy for me. Fun busy. Thankfully we are very safe here, this nasty virus has been very cruel to some. I thank all my gorgeous clients, members and work colleagues - in fitness, massage, sports team and lecturing.... My personal clients are just my mates - they are the loveliest people to hang out with - in massage and our fitness sessions. It’s a joy to continue to work with the awesome team at Sports Synergy. I always learn so much. And TAFE proved to be a challenging new role - where I got to work along side some amazing, lovely people The event side of my business was quieter with the larger Ironman events sadly cancelled - I miss the Massage Event Crew - this is the first year in about 12 years we haven’t hung out together. All very strange. What a year Thank you so much for my lovely pressies, cards and messages. Let’s hope 2021 allows us to continue to stay safe
20.01.2022 First Student Massage Clinic Wow that was fun - we had runners and AFL clients - shoulder impingement to shin splints. Assessed, massaged, taped and management plan set Well done girls - awesome job and I loved it as your assessor
01.01.2022 So I came out of Fitness Pro retirement a few months ago. Never thought I would but..... I totally saw potential in a few of my rehab/massage clients, who were a bit lost with their fitness/health etc. We've been quietly training for awhile now. And wow they are cool, I knew they were serious to make a change, Im just so impressed with their focus, and their results have been awesome. It's very rewarding to see people with a spring in their step again :) ... So much fun See more

01.01.2022 So much excitement I’ve directed the massage crew for an amazing event this weekend. Omg the therapists are new and just soooo excited - they are just bursting lol ... And the athletes that are contacting me are just bubbling over with excitement to compete. Love it
