25.01.2022 Wow. What a place. I haven’t been over here on Magnetic Island since I was about 4 years old and boy has it blown my socks off. It’s been a very busy but incredible few days and we have loved exploring this @queensland piece of paradise. @townsvillenorthqueensland @thisismagneticisland @ Magnetic Island

24.01.2022 Sunrise from Alva beach just next to my camp. This @queensland road trip has been so good. I’m now exploring @townsvillenorthqueensland @visitburdekin @ Townsville, Queensland

23.01.2022 Sorry for the radio silence. We ve been out in some pretty remote locations and absolutely loving the Savannah Way in @tropicalnorthqueensland. Sunset at Kurrumba and Burketown were incredible. Some of the best glowing skies I have ever seen. We have seen crocodiles, emus, kangaroos birds fish. Just about everything. The camping has been beautiful and cool at night time and plenty of places that you can find and have all on your own. @queensland. The first image w...as taken at Karrumba at sunset. I pulled up to get some dinner at the local pub and saw these guys taking photos. I had to get a shot as it looked really cool. After letting them know how good it looked it was awesome to find out that they had also been following my trip. Photography is my passion and sharing beautiful locations around @australia is part of the trip and it’s awesome when I get feed back from people on the road. See more

22.01.2022 It was incredible to be able to stop in at Wallaman Falls in @townsvillenorthqueensland as we headed north. I shot this under an almost full moon in the dark. You could hear and feel the power of @australia biggest single drop waterfall. Spectacular to see. @seanscott_touring @ Wallaman Falls

21.01.2022 Back on the road again. I’m in @tropicalnorthqueensland and I’m doing these @queensland leg of the @savannah_way_australia. Starting just north of Cairns I will be road tripping right up to the NT border. So far it’s been incredible and we are absolutely loving it. So many images ready to share. I just need time to sit still and catch up on some editing. Let me know if any hidden gems I should check out. @australia

20.01.2022 Well what a way to finish off a 8 week @queensland road trip. From the NSW border towns to Burketown in the gulf we definitely covered some ground. We finished off in the Mt Isa region and absolutely loved it out there. This is just a quick video from around @discovermountisa and @experiencecloncurry in @outbackqueensland but we will work on a video of the highlights from the whole trip. I’m back home now for a few weeks but @lukeworkmann and I will be back out on the road again before you know it . @australia

18.01.2022 Afternoon delight. How good are road trips hey ? The Savannah way has not disappointed. Leaving from Cairns the road trip takes you through Savannah country. There have been so many highlights and I hope you guys have been keeping up with my stories. So much still to share. I’ve just been too busy exploring to keep up with my editing but I’m getting there. This is on the road to Karumba where the outback meets the sea. Right up in the gulf and such a beautiful place. @tropicalnorthqueensland @queensland.

18.01.2022 What a place hey. @cobboldgorge was truely an oasis in the outback on the Savannah way. The Gorge was spectacular from every angle. I saw a huge fresh water and flew took a flight over the incredible sandstone country. The infinity pool in the afternoon just topped it off . @queensland @australia @tropicalnorthqueensland @ Cobbold Gorge

18.01.2022 Cruising through the Cromarty wetlands has definitely been a highlight of this epic @queensland road trip. It’s a real hidden gem in the @townsvillenorthqueensland area. It rivals Kakadu with the amount of bird species and was so much fun exploring. @visitburdekin @ Cromarty, Queensland, Australia

16.01.2022 Well that’s a wrap for my 2 nights On Magnetic Island . What did you guys think ? It was a beautiful place and I’m so happy it has become part of my @queensland road trip. Back on the mainland now and heading west to finish off my time in @townsvillenorthqueensland @ Magnetic Island

16.01.2022 I love that period of the morning between the night sky and sunrise and it was worth getting up to in Camooweal to check out this iconic windmill on the road to @discovermountisa. With zero light pollution out here it the night sky is as good as it gets. @outbackqueensland @queensland @ Camooweal, Queensland

16.01.2022 Well that’s a wrap. @discovermountisa has been the best way to end a huge @queensland road trip. With some of the best camping option in Queensland I’m so glad I got to explore the area. I’ll be back for sure and look forward to looking even deeper into this amazing part of @australia @ Mount Isa, Queensland

16.01.2022 Wow. This was pretty incredible to see. Driving back to camp after sunset we came across this Sugarcane fire. The heat and noises was insane. They don’t last long so we were lucky to get a few shots. @townsvillenorthqueensland @visitburdekin @ Townsville, Queensland

13.01.2022 I love how within a few days drive you can move from the outback to tropical North Queensland. I’ve live my time in @visitburdekin @townsvillenorthqueensland area and I’m currently over in Magnetic Island. I can’t wait to show you what we have been up too. Insane places. Love it. @queensland @ Magnetic Island

13.01.2022 The glow after the sunset out here in @discovermountisa in @outbackqueensland is something else. It really is quite amazing to see. I loved checking out lake Moondarra that is only a few minutes out of town. @ Lake Moondarra

11.01.2022 Sunrise views from on top of the Kalkani Crater on the way to @undaraexperience. We camped out at Undara for 2 nights while on our Savannah Way road trip. Checking out the crater at Sunrise was definitely a hike worth doing. @queensland

11.01.2022 Watching the sunrise from one of the many coves over here on Magnetic Island. It’s pretty easy to get a beach all to yourself. The granite rocks are incredible and so worth a visit. I’m definitely ringing my family back. This morning was insane and watching the colours change as the sun rose was pretty special. Can you see me up on the rocks ? @thisismagneticisland @townsvillenorthqueensland @ Magnetic Island

09.01.2022 What a week. I’ve loved camping out and exploring around the @discovermountisa region. I’ve still got so many more images to edit and share but here’s a cool video of @lukeworkmann and my time exploring the region. @outbackqueensland @queensland

08.01.2022 Sorry for the radio silence I’ve been flat out exploring around @discovermountisa and have only now just had time to catch up on editing. I’ve had some of the best camps out here. This was on the road to Camooweal where we had a great free camp. We actual drive a few kms out of town to see the NT border. The night skies out here were as good as they get. @queensland

08.01.2022 Corrugated man . I love how this photo turned out. I’m definitely not that good at editing and all of my photos are all one photo. I never blend or do multiple exposures. I don’t add things that were not there. In this photo the exposure was 30 seconds. For the first 10seconds I lit up the foreground with my torch I then moved quickly in the dark to position myself in the middle of the road and turned the torch back on again. So it was all taken with one shot. Because... I wasn’t in the photo at the start it has given the appearance of looking straight through me. Ha. I definitely love photography and this is my passion. Playing and recording light in all its different form is what inspires me to keep looking for that next image. This was just a bit of fun while out on the road and I’m not that good on the computer to do it any other way. Let me know what you think. . See more

08.01.2022 Flow. I’ve been loving adding to my on going series of work titles FLOW up here in Karumba in @tropicalnorthqueensland. The patterns in the river system up here are as good as they get. @queensland

07.01.2022 Epic few days back out in @outbackqueensland and @sqcountry with my friends and family. After working out here last month I had to come back and enjoy it with my mates. . @lotus_caravans @ Nindigully Pub/ Nindigully Pig Races Main Page

07.01.2022 How good is this place. On the way from Lawn Hill to amount Isa we stopped at a few free camps down on the Gregory River. If your lucky you can still jag one all to yourself. @discovermountisa @tropicalnorthqueensland @queensland @ Mount Isa, Queensland

05.01.2022 What a place. Cromarty wetlands was a real surprise. @queensland version of Kakadu. So much bird life and places to explore. Loved my time camping out here. @townsvillenorthqueensland @visitburdekin @ Cromarty, Queensland, Australia

05.01.2022 What a place hey. Boodjamulla National Park was the end of the road for our @tropicalnorthqueensland Savannah Way road trip but also marks the start of our @discovermountisa road trip. I love this part of @queensland so much and there is just so much to see. Here’s to another week discovering new places. @ Australia

05.01.2022 Well what a night to finish my trip out west. Camped out right in front of the Nindigully Pub. We had a great meal and beer by the fire then walked about 30m to our van. It’s been an epic trip and now we head further north. @sqcountry

04.01.2022 Here we go again. The epic @queensland road trip continues. I’ve moved from the beautiful outback up to the tropical north. I’ve been running around like a mad man these last few days with @lukeworkmann as the weather has been insane. We are exploring @townsvillenorthqueensland and already have so much to share. There’s nothing better than being on the road with not many plans and following your nose to places you have never been before. Most days Luke and I get up about 1 hour before sunrise and just start driving. No real plan but boy he we found some magic. Can’t wait to share what we have seen but for now I’m about to get up and go looking again. @ Alva, Queensland, Australia

04.01.2022 This was a pretty interesting place to check out. Mary Kathleen mine is an old Uranium mine and township that is no longer there. The mine dam is what your looking at here. The township was abandoned long ago but all the old concrete slabs are acting like caravan sites and it’s now one huge free camp. Quite an interesting place and a great spot to camp for a few nights to check out the area. @discovermountisa @queensland @ Mary Kathleen Mine

03.01.2022 Packing the caravan tomorrow for another adventure with the family. Heading into @outbackqueensland and can’t wait. @australias_outback

03.01.2022 What a road trip. The Savannah Way has ticked so many boxes. A true @tropicalnorthqueensland experience. It has taken me from Cairns to Lawn Hill and I’ve still got so much more to show you guys. I’m still in Lawn Hill where I will be starting to share images from around the amount Isa region which include the beautiful gorge here in Lawn Hill. @queensland. @ Adels Grove

02.01.2022 Now this was a pretty cool camp site in @discovermountisa. The Granites. I was blown away by the landscape out here. We had a beautiful campsite all on our own. The stars were awesome and it was so nice just sitting back with a fire and looking out to the incredible @outbackqueensland night sky. It truly was a spectacular location and somewhere I’ll definitely be bring my family back to see. @queensland @ Granite Mine, Mount Isa, Queensland

02.01.2022 So beautiful watching the full moon rise over the ocean on Magnetic Islands . This island is incredible and something you need to add to your Aussie bucket list. @townsvillenorthqueensland @ Magnetic Island

02.01.2022 What a week! We have been exploring the @townsvillenorthqueensland region of @queensland. From the Burdekin to Magnetic Island, Charters Towers to Hinchenbrook. Such a diverse region and one week just wet our taste buds. We will be back. I hope you enjoyed our time up here and we are now off on the next adventure #townsvilleshines #inspiredbyMOUA

02.01.2022 What a trip. 6 weeks on the road in @thedusty79. The truck has been epic and has not let me down. Living and working in some of the most remote parts of Australia is always a challenge but with a truck like this it’s been awesome. Check out the tags to see all my partners. I have also had one addition done while on the road and that was the new @rhino_rack backbone system for the 79. It looks epic and I’ve had the #allnewpioneer system for my last 2 trucks now and wouldn’t use anything else. I’ve just got back home now and I’m busy cleaning all the red dust off but still loads more images and video to share with you guys. I’m not home for long and have quite a few epic @queensland trips coming up. @ The Savannah Way

01.01.2022 The Savannah Way was one epic road trip. I’ve lived exploring the Queensland leg of this trip and hopefully get to finish it off on the other states soon. I hope you enjoyed our time out here. We are now in the Mt Isa region exploring some of the great camping locations. Visit Queensland, Australia

01.01.2022 Well that’s a wrap for now. We have spent the last 8 days exploring the @townsvillenorthqueensland region of @queensland and I’ve loved every bit of it. I’ve found places for next years family trip and have really loved my time here. We are still working on a video of the area and this one will be jammed packed. But for now I’m heading further north. I won’t share what I’m up to just yet as I have a few days to plan and prepare but this is going to another epic adventure. Can you guess where ? (It’s not cape York this time). @australia @ Townsville, Queensland

01.01.2022 Side trips off the Savannah Way in @tropicalnorthqueensland. I went out to explore the Lava Tubes at @undaraexperience. With no moon and no light pollution it was the perfect time to get some photos of the night sky. We camped out here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. @queensland
