10.01.2022 TIMOR GOLD WINS AT COLERAINE Incredibly satisfying to get this horse back to the races and home safe and sound. That would have been enough. To win the race was... an added bonus. But these things don’t happen by accident. He’s had numerous issues preventing him from training so to get him back and winning has taken a lot of hard work and special care. I have a great team around me and I owe thanks to Maddie Raymond and Paddy Bell (I would be lost without these two), Paul Richards (lost without him too), my vet Dr Feargal Ross from Southwest Equine and jockey Melissa Julius. This was Melissa’s first win on the horse but she did a lot of the early work on him and she deserved today’s victory. See more
