We have a position available for... a tractor operator in the Gympie region, the role is primarily vegetation slashing with some weed control and fire duties The successful applicant must - Be self-motivated with the ability to work in changing environments including roadsides, plantation forest and steep terrain Have demonstrated experience in tractor operation in similar conditions listed. Be physically fit with the ability to pass a medical clearance and fitness testing for fire duties Pass pre employment drug and alcohol testing along with regular random testing Available to travel as required Implement our certified safety, quality and environmental practices Duties Include: Slashing Weed spraying by tractor and some manual Maintenance of equipment Hazard reduction burning and wildfire response SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Below qualifications are desirable, training will be provided to the right applicant.
