20.01.2022 Bees are on the move. In the background is a spray of smoke bush which ironically represents what has happened to this area. A controlled burn has decimated this banksia grove. There is now no food for the bees or birds in the Spring time when the birds are nesting and the other fauna are searching for food. Quite sad to see the delicate banksias struggling.

The Blackbutt tree is of the Eucalyptus family with brilliant white flowers and dark green leaves.
