22.01.2022 #Melbourne #gratitude In my quiet time this morning I was lead to considering my life journey that has brought me to a place of being peaceful and contented and raising my joy factor. But this was not my story 15 yrs ago even though I started the journey of self development over 31 yrs ago. So, my gratitude is that I have lived this life long enough to get where I am now and I’m excited for where the next 15-30 yrs may take me. To all of you who have reached and surpassed thi...s awakening and self realisation and are still young, be excited, be aware of your evolved being and the expanded growth awaiting you till each moment overflows with joy, often in the physical form of tears. Love and blessings all ways and then some.

13.01.2022 I have not written in this space for a long time. My journey has brought me to a place of wonder and joy in life. So the story told by David Attenborough in A life on our Planet, explains it best. The most important relationship you can have is not what many would say is human relationships, it is in my experience now, our relationship with life. Once this experience is whole, you can explore your relationships with the cosmos and beyond. Let me know what you think.
