Who’ll run the world? GIRLS!!! YES!!! Today I nominate @flowpilatestauranga I have always admired your strength and your beauty, and I have no doubt you’ll be doing these on your fingertips You've got 24hrs from the time you see this to step up to the plate.... There are 22 Veterans everyday that are committing suicide (in the States). Whilst this challenge started in the States, back at home here in Australia suicide is a major concern that also need awareness and prevention. One of the many campaigns close to my heart is Youth Suicide Prevention & Awarenes by Alive Project @alive.org.au . So regardless of the campaigns you're supporting, let's raise awareness to prevent & eliminate suicide across the board. The rules are: * Once nominated, your 22 days start the next day *then everyday you record yourself doing 22 push ups. Try to complete in one go. But, however you get there is not the main factor. It's about raising awareness and setting yourself some mental goals. So modify it on your knees or doing it in multiple bursts if you have to. * Everyday you must also nominate a different person. Ideally someone who you think will want to or can participate. *above all have fun and spread the message. Regardless of their reasons, for these brave Veterans (men & women who have put their life on the line to protect our freedom), and Youths in their prime, to feel that life is so lost or is such a burden that there are no alternative solution to suicide, is a major concern of the society & environment they live in.
