25.01.2022 1924 dodge brothers. This one was a massive job. We used some gorgeous german leather and Mercedes carpet on this car. The roof bows had to be hand planed to fit square in the new roof frame, then adjusted and tweaked to be visually square, on a completely out of square car! Hours and hours of prep work in the interior, with a mixture of modern and classic techniques, aluminium and composites. This was such a rewarding job for us and certainly allowed us to explore new techniques and ideas, materials and styles. Forever greatful to the owners for allowing us to make their grandsons wedding a memorable one for the family.

24.01.2022 VS SS Series 3 ute seats completely rebuilt and recovered. Correct nos material sourced, embroidery matched, plastics repaired and recoloured in house correct for trim code 25i. (Targa) We even sourced and matched the headrest eyelets correctly as per factory.

24.01.2022 Mustang convertible roof fit up. Align roof frame, make and fit new pads, rear pvc window and soft top. These rooves really test the patience level but nothing good comes easy!

20.01.2022 HK Kingswood seats with bench bucket front. Standard powder coated frames, new foam and recover. Featuring factory style cloth insert from the US and the correct style metal pronged buttons. Should be a little more comfortable than the plain vinyl!

20.01.2022 Harley seat, cut down the foam pad and trimmed in a combination of nappa leather and nubuck. Awesome looking bike.

20.01.2022 Congratulations go to good friend and customer Aaron Lennon. Aaron took out an interior award for his tuff HT at the Auto Expo late last year against some beautifully prepared cars. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to be part of your build mate.

19.01.2022 930 Porsche crash pad restoration. The frontal impact zone of the crash pad was left intact, in order to not deviate from the OEM impact specification. Once straightened, repaired and epoxied, it was block sanded, foamed and trimmed in leather just like original. Whilst not a cheap exercise, more cost effective than importing one from Europe and then having to cover it in leather to match anyway!

19.01.2022 Custom v-rod seat in a leather and alcantara combo. It started life like the first picture and ended up much sleeker with some love!

18.01.2022 Flat top tonneau on the HK ute. Flush mount centre bar keeps it nice and flat.

15.01.2022 Aircraft interior retrim for the guys at Aeroservice. This plane was for some owners in Toowoomba QLD, that had local company Aeroservice do some paint and electrical upgrades to their newly acquired plane, and sought our services for a one off nappa leather and alcantara refit. After a quick design meeting we went to work creating this upholstery for them. As with all air craft work we carry out, all relevant fire testing is carried out to meet the relevant FAR requirements necessary for this size unit. One off control badges were designed and 3d printed, bearing the owners business name for the centre on the control wheels to add that personal touch.

14.01.2022 This HK Monaro is being built by Manta Restoration, in a Pro Touring style. To complement their build on this car, we worked with them to come up with something a little more fitting of the track inspired style than a standard restoration interior. We modified the standard seats to incorporate a little more support whilst retaining a standard insert and appearance. As a nicely built package this will be one HK to keep an eye out for.

14.01.2022 FJ Holden restored by Image Classic Cars received a headliner, wind lace and hidem binding. Alot of work in these compared to todays production techniques!

13.01.2022 HT kingswood retrim. This car was done for a good friend, and we tailored the seats to suit what he wanted. The seats started as hg premier and the rears were cut to suit the modified wheel tubs while the front bench notched to give room for the shifter to mount in a more appropriate position. As with all the seats we modify for tubs, the frames were cut and reinforced around the tub, providing a skeletal frame work without losing integrity. All seats were strengthened and s...tiffened with tailored lumbar support, which is our standard practice on the marginal hk t g series seats. From there they were blasted and powder coated, also standard practice. Material is hk goya red throughout, sewn in the ht gts design. These had to be custom patterned to suit, and the door trims special ordered. From there the rest is quite routine with some nicely chosen details to complement the overall look, such as the original style belts and the bandit shifter. This one was certainly a fun car to do! 13.01.2022 Vl Commodore dash assembly recieved a huge 200+ hour make over. Housing an array of engine control devices from MoTeC and FuelTech. 4 VL dash assemblies were cut and grafted in various areas to produce something VL-esque, but symmetrical and to suit the application. The glove box and crash pad were heavily modified including moving the catch assembly 30mm lower, 50mm forward and a different angle to original, and the gauge cluster area lifted by grafting 2 together. The carb...on fibre pieces were hand laid and polished in house. The orange mouldings were also hand formed, tig welded to custom retainers and painted 2k orange. The painted black sections were formed from 1.2mm aluminium before being painted in holden phantom black with a flat 2k clear. The whole assembly was primed and rubbed down before being covered in Alcantara, with orange french seams where needed. The whole assembly can be removed in seperate modules, allowing for easy access to hardware and maintenance. A patient customer, coupled with free reign on design meant this was a great project to be a part of! Definately one that tested our patience and skills. See more

12.01.2022 300ZX we trimmed recently needed something to cover the electrical housed between the rear towers, tying into the the euro themed interior. A faux suitcase was fabbed from scratch and trimmed to look like fitted luggage for something different.

12.01.2022 VS Commodore Devonish seats retrimmed to go into a VN SS. These were done using genuine nos insert and velour. One of the rear headrest mounts was missing so another was fabricated to match the original. These should be a little more comfortable than the basic VN offering!

11.01.2022 67 mustang parcel shelf remade, speakers under mounted, child restraints removed and one neat one remounted in the centre. The headliner was also retensioned. This vinyl was unavailable so we colour matched our own!

09.01.2022 Repairing a split seam on a 911 seat, I noticed this missing perforation. OCD nightmare!

08.01.2022 VZ SSZ rhf pillar modified in house to accept aftermarket gauges, with the rest also being covered in matching flat knit headliner. Now the owner can monitor the health of the blown LS under the bonnet!

08.01.2022 Porsche 930 interior restoration. This was a full interior restoration, involving complete rebuilding of the crash pad area - i'll upload seperate photos of that job soon - this car included a full headliner, carpets, sunroof, seats, door trims, parcel tray area and all other trim details being rebuilt and or refurbished before being re trimmed.

Trim by Mooch designed and trimmed the factory esque interior.

06.01.2022 Restoration style HJ Holden interior. This car needed a headliner, parcel tray, kick panels, carpet, door trims and seats. All were done to factory spec, to complement the restored paintwork.

05.01.2022 Here's that HK ute our sister business RPM built that we mentioned a couple of weeks ago. Few ideas we tried out which was fun. Goya red and silver mink have long been a classy combo, and this car is no exception. Modified megashifter with our own cover and rhd prindl adaption, rear panel area with hidden retractor seatbelts and a GTS style bench. Also note small details like the door trims, instead of just using premier metal tops as a one piece door trim, we made our own metal seperate tops to mimic a true monaro style. The steering wheel and all dash plastics were all restored and painted in house.

05.01.2022 We've spent some designing and prototyping our logo, and now have final pieces that were 3D printed in different metals by a company in the US. This is state of the art technology, and just the beginning of our relationship with these modern techniques.

04.01.2022 Didnt look that bad with the cover on! P5 landau arm rests needing new foam and covering.

04.01.2022 VR devonish seats, trimmed to Series 2 VS SS style. These seats were extensively rebuilt in both the frames and foams, after many hours of foam shaping the covers were fitted. The embroidery was matched to the original, coupled with NOS materials creating a factory look.

04.01.2022 A one off SEMA bound Porsche build we're trimming in conjunction with the team at RSR. So far we've repaired and modified the crash pad before trimming in a semi corrected German leather, and installed the headliner. The level of time and detail in this job will never be known, however the results will speak volumes to the build quality of all involved.

03.01.2022 Custom seat for a Harley Breakout.

03.01.2022 This Piper recieved a retrim for Aerotech. Aviation grade materials were used throughout that comply with FAR25 fire regulation and come pre certified. Some small moulding accents and subtle changes to the tired original for a functional yet tasteful upgrade.

03.01.2022 Hk Monaro restoration in Parchment pearl. After hours of spring and frame repairs, straightening and alignment we had these seat frames acid dipped and satin cleared coated them to retain their factory look. We raided our huge stock pile of hk t g spare seat parts and luckily found enough to repair these without having to have nasty spring repairs showing either! The pinch weld, arm rests, visors and headliner were painstakingly prepared and coated to obtain the correct colour.and pearl finish required, and then the whole job assembled with great care to acheive a quality result. With the high standard of the rest of the vehicle, this is sure to be one stand out car on Adelaide streets, and truly an honour to be a part of.

02.01.2022 Xy Falcon dash insert masked, colour matched and painted.

02.01.2022 There's nothing more satisfying than having a customer have faith in you enough, to let you run with your own ideas, at their expense. This Centurion owner allowed us to do just that. Using top shelf Corium supplied Nappa from Germany, Alcantara and other exotic materials we turned this dated 210 Centurion into something much more exotic. Once again all materials were supplied with FAR requirements. To complement our interior design we also designed and had badges made for the seats using 3D technology, just to add that extra personal touch. This was one of the most rewarding refits we have done to date.

02.01.2022 Motec screen fit for a serious track car. Fun project for something different!

01.01.2022 VY Clubsport recieved a retrim using the soft and buttery Corium nappa in black. Small accents of orange to tie in the body colour and some other subtle details. We used some inspiration from hsv's previous models to help it look at home in this car, also modeling and 3D printing a unique hsv style badge complete with the build number embedded into the squab cover.
