20.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new! We were recently contacted by a new customer to help solve a filtration problem. Their operations have expanded and the old system was proving to be inadequate for the flow required in the field. We supplied and installed a new 100mm Triangle Filtaworx auto backwashing unit that can handle flows out to 100,000 litres per hour. It will keep the clean water up to the vines for many years to come!

16.01.2022 Lucas Pollard has been part of the UPI crew for almost 5 years. With his sales and irrigation design roles Luke is a familiar face to all who walk through the doors. He enjoys customer service and loves a joke with his regular customers. Recently he has stepped into project management, overseeing some major projects for VicRoads, City of Ballarat, and currently Balance Enviro Solutions at the new CFA Training Centre in Ballan. Luke is an awesome dad to Casey ... the coolest BMX competitor ever! He is a very talented sketcher and airbrush artist, and also a very keen fisherman.

16.01.2022 Meet the UPI team! Andrew Scobie has been part of the crew since our inception 8 years ago. Scobes heads up our irrigation installation division and loves the challenge of large project work. Andrew also keeps busy with his own excavator and trencher and earthmoving business. He loves spending his weekends in the great outdoors fishing and camping with his boys Charlie and Tom!

13.01.2022 COVID19 restrictions have been a perfect opportunity for parks to carry out upgrades whilst they have been closed to the public. We recently installed a new Filtaworx self cleaning filtration system for the entire irrigation system for Central Highlands Waters Kirks Reservoir Park. The system upgrade includes a new water meter complete with pulse output. All data is transmitted to a Hunter HCC 54 station Hydrawise controller and Hunter weather station. The beautiful gardens are picture perfect with Autumn colours at the moment and are open again from Saturday 16th May.

12.01.2022 Meet the UPI team! Travis Peatt joined the crew earlier in the year. Trav is a qualified plumber and has also just finished his landscape construction apprenticeship. His combined trades makes him a great fit with our irrigation installation team. In his glory days Trav played basketball for Victoria! Trav and his beautiful partner Tahlia will be celebrating their sons 1st birthday in the coming weeks. Happy Birthday Jack!

This year we have a new partnership with the Rokewood Corindhap Football Netball Club as Major Sponors. This week we won the Club 50 draw and have chosen to reinvest the $500 back into the club. This money will go towards the bus the club is running for the junior footballers and netballers. We wish the entire Rokewood Corindhap Football Netball Club community a successful season and look forward to a continued partnership for years to come.

On Monday we woke to no water, something wrong with our pump, we are solely on tank water, so this was not a great start to the day...within two hours of contacting your business our old pump was picked up, within another two hours you contacted me with the bad news that my pump was no good, but you were able to provide a new pump and install it. By the time I got home from work we had a new pump fully installed. Your service was prompt and your customer service fantastic. I would highly recommend you to anyone. He has been in the pumping and irrigation industry for 21 years and he says he hasnt worked a day yet, as he enjoys what he does day in and day out. Nikko is always happy to help anyone who comes into the store or calls on the phone for advice. He loves working with his beautiful wife everyday and is a proud father to teenagers Tom and Alice.
