It's primary purpose is to meet the professional needs of exercise & sports scientists in Australia & is directed by an executive board, comprising of leading academics, practitioners & entrepreneurs in exercise & sports science. The concept was to establish an organization that could assume the responsibility of developing the professional structure of the Australian exercise & sports science industry. Through continuing professional development, my business & others are forced to strive for improvement which in turn can only benefit our clients.

13.01.2022 Sports Dietetics Association (SDA0) This organization is basically a network of accredited sports dietitians whose role is to maximize performance through nutrition by providing practical strategies, guidelines & policies as well as support to athletes & staff regarding the strategic timing of food & fluid intake. SDA include many & varied areas from children right through to more mature athletes. They cover things including body composition, diets & intolerances, food for yo...ur sport, fueling & recovery & supplements.
