25.01.2022 Well, here’s a change. A Standup Desk that actually looks good. It even has a matching standard height desk for when you are feeling lazy.

24.01.2022 At Your Spaceman it all starts with the idea. Some scribbles, a sketch, a drawing. This is really the key to it all. The clients are keen to preserve the Art Deco feel of their beautiful house so the design takes that into account. Could we have a fold down bed? Sure! Stay tuned to see how it turned out.

We turned it into a beautiful home office. Your spaceman designed and built everything you see. Well, not the carpet... @ Mount Stuart

18.01.2022 Once upon a time the view from this window looked out to a to the stunning vista of an old, ugly, concrete resting wall. Your Spaceman found a way to change that view to something that can be enjoyed day and night! @ Hobart, Tasmania

16.01.2022 A few weeks ago this public art was still just a drawing and a pile of wood. Over a weekend the leaves piled up around a tree and we had a finished Public Art Project at Rosetta Primary School. Thank you Arts Tasmania, Rosetta Primary School, the Department I’d Education and Play Street for giving me a patch of ground to play around on! @ Rosetta

16.01.2022 That empty room from a couple of weeks ago is just about done. Looking pretty good! A few clever Your Spaceman custom touches to go and then this project is done. Who would have thought doing the washing could be so satisfying! @ Mount Stuart

12.01.2022 This room has been used for everything. It used to have Lego everywhere over the floor, now Your Spaceman is turning it into a Laundry. No, the clothes won’t be all over the floor!

12.01.2022 Finally got the very satisfying job of delivering a new 12 seat dining table to some of my favourite clients. A simple, clean, Scandinavian inspired table in Tas Oak. Often the simplest looking things are the most difficult to make! This was no exception, but the end result was beautiful. @ Mount Stuart

11.01.2022 Today the Your Spaceman vehicle got fired up for a delivery to some of my favourite clients hidden in the bush out of town. You know all those shoes and boots that just really need to stay outside, well this utility storage box takes care of that! A few shots of the new piece and a straggler at the end that I noticed driving that shows how NOT to build a shed and treehouse. Looks cool though... @ Allens Rivulet

09.01.2022 Dining Tables. I love designing them because they get used daily and they take on history, stories, scratches. They become part of the family. This beautiful Tas Oak table is mid way through the build.

05.01.2022 Our good friends up at Stringlab are working with Your Spaceman to transform an old office into a pretty exciting new shop. Amazing what you can fit into 16 square metres! This could be the start of a tiny shop movement! I think we are excited as Stringlab to see the end result. Keep watching! @ Hobart, Tasmania

05.01.2022 Time to get outside and add another piece to a Playspace that I did a while back. The letters looked so cool getting built that it would have been nice to keep them!

03.01.2022 This is what you do when you can’t have an open fence but have to stick with heritage guidelines. Your Spaceman designed this and everyone was happy. Bet they wish they had a CNC router about 140 years ago!
