24.01.2022 Friday the 13th dig up. Water bubbling out the pavers. Lift up the pavers dig down find the leak, repair and then lay back the block pavers.

23.01.2022 I attended to a problem with a hot water unit and found this behind the electrical cover of the unit. Ants and bare wires, I removed the ants nest and repaired the electrical wires. All aspects of plumbing and gas works carried out and have a restricted electrical licence too.

21.01.2022 With all this dry weather, small animals are coming into the walls and ceilings of properties looking for water and biting pipes which is causing leaks. This is my second one within a week. Maybe try leaving a bowl of water out for the animals.

18.01.2022 Went to a job last week water dripping from a ceiling, found leak in the unit above. Hot water unit split and water had damaged the cupboard base. Replaced the base of the cupboard and fitted a new hot water unit complete with new valves.

11.01.2022 Always best to check your water flex on taps & toilets this could happen to you if it bursts. This was in a toilet block in a commercial building and was going all night water all over the carpet in the corridor and went into the offices below.
