22.01.2022 STAGE 5 CELEBRATION DAY Year 9 & 10 had a great day on Monday playing laser tag, bowling and even wakeboarding at Cables Wake Park, to celebrate with their stage group. What a blessing to get out in the sun and have some fun at the end of this year!



21.01.2022 JUNIOR BASKETBALL GRAND FINAL Congratulations to our Wycliffe Wolves, narrowly missing out on the U14 Women's title this week. They have worked so hard and improved enormously this season. Well done team!

21.01.2022 CLASS OF 2020 GRADUATION It was a very different Graduation this year but no less special, as we celebrated this wonderful group of young adults today. We are so thankful to each and every one of them for the way they have represented our school and their families with maturity and service throughout the community. ... Our prayers are with them as they prepare for their final exams and look ahead to the future and being God’s faithful presence in all spheres of their lives.

17.01.2022 YEAR 12 CHEMISTRY Mrs Hare's Year 12 Chemistry class celebrated the end of a huge year with an acid food party after modelling the dissociation of strong and weak acids. Well done team!

17.01.2022 SWIM SCHOOL 2020 Our Year 2 and 3 students have just completed their first week of Swim School at Glenbrook Pool. As an important life skill, we have been very blessed to be able to participate this year and judging by these huge smiles, it has also been lots of fun!

15.01.2022 HOUSE GROUP LAUNCH Our new House Groups Flynn and Cuthbert, were officially launched this week with each stage participating in a game of Capture the Flag to mark the occasion. Our House Captains for 2021 have been elected and we are looking forward to a great year ahead!

14.01.2022 PRINCESSES & PIRATES DAY To raise awareness of childhood cancer and support one of their very special classmates, Stage 1 held a Princesses & Pirates Day on Friday. It was full of pirate games, crafts, fun activities and even a special visit from Mr Powell's brother Pirate Powell!... We are thinking of our dear friend and his family on this cancer journey and praying for his quick recovery.

14.01.2022 PROPERTY REPORT We have been blessed recently with the addition of solar lighting along the entrance driveway and new surfacing of our outdoor basketball court with slip resistant Acrylic Polyurethane. These are exciting additions for which we are very thankful for.

12.01.2022 STAGE 5 AGRICULTURE UPDATE Some of our Year 9 & 10 Agriculture students have just harvested a bumper crop of peas, lettuce, beetroot and kale they planted as seed mid-winter. The bees are also getting busy as the weather warms up and we are preparing the space to produce and store honey - hopefully to have plenty to sell early next year. Another exciting development are the fertilised eggs currently in the incubator from our school hens. If all goes well, there will be a clutch of new born chicks to greet us first day back next term!



12.01.2022 YEAR 12, 2020 As we spend this week celebrating our amazing group of Year 12 students, today was perfect weather for our annual water fight!

12.01.2022 YEAR 11 PDH In the unit The Body in Motion’, Year 11 PDH have been reminded of how amazing the human body is, intricately and precisely created by an awesome God. We are currently enjoying learning the names and locations of the major bones and muscles that are involved in movement.

10.01.2022 STAGE 1 BUG DAY Bug Day was full of investigating and learning about some of God's smallest creatures for our Year 1 and 2 classes today. Our beautiful bush surrounds were perfect for exploring and collecting, before heading inside to create some colourful paintings of our bugs.

10.01.2022 HSC RESULTS CELEBRATION It was great to celebrate our Year 12 results yesterday at our staff and student breakfast. It was amazing to celebrate Band 6s in Engineering, Advanced Maths, Physics, Dance and Construction. But equally as amazing are the surprises - the results that the students had not anticipated or were above their expectations. "I was really proud of my Physics and Engineering results." 08.01.2022 YEAR 5&6 CSSA BASKETBALL GALA DAY It was great to see a Gala Day back on the calendar this year and we were very blessed to be able to send two teams to compete today. Congratulations to both our boys and girls teams for working hard and making it through to the Semifinals!

07.01.2022 STAGE 5 DRAMA PRODUCTION Year 9 and 10 Drama performed "So Much To Tell You" by John Marsden for a full audience of Stage 5 students in the Drama studio this week. The story explores the journey of a teenage girl, Marina, who is sent to boarding school after a horrific accident permanently scars her face. Marina's impact on the other girls at her new school brings out a wide variety of responses, exploring issues such as forgiveness, acceptance and hope. It was a joy to see the culmination of such hard work.

04.01.2022 YEAR 9 CANYONING Last week as part of the Stage 5 Encounter Program, our Year 9 students went on a canyoning expedition of the Grand Canyon, Blackheath. While the students were physically challenged they were also encouraged to appreciate the design, beauty, adaptability, purpose and diversity of the natural world and how it reflects the majesty of our creator God.
