Perfectly fitting for the nori element and ocean views we say. Providing a rewarding crunch, the umami of the nori is delicately balanced against the avocado cream and micro coriander. 16.01.2022 I wish to advise that Wye Beach Hotel will be closed this Thursday 23rd as we honour the legacy of Paul Blount Greene. Given the trying times afoot, Paul's service will be private, due to pandemic-related restrictions. We invite those who would like to pay tribute to view the live stream of the service, which will be available at the link below. Proceedings will begin at 11am. These restrictions are a cruel (but necessary) imposition on a person who took so much joy in being social, so it would mean a lot to Paul to have as many viewers as possible. 13.01.2022 It is with both sadness and fondness that we let you know of the passing of Paul Blount Greene, as he called time on his battle with cancer last night. He was the backbone of Wye Beach Hotel, and steered us through much tumult in recent years. Paul was an exceptional person and will be missed and remembered so dearly by the team here. Angus
