16.01.2022 CLOSED MONDAY! We're going to take tomorrow to recharge - we will be back as usual on Tuesday, 5.30am-1pm. Enjoy your long weekend, slow down and appreciate this awesome view - this is heaven on earth! We love it here.

14.01.2022 Roughly 8 hours - that’s how long it takes to prepare one batch of our cold drip coffee. The process of slowly dripping water over coffee ground brings less acidity and more sweetness in your coffee. Enjoy it black or with milk, if that’s how you roll. Have you tried it yet?

06.01.2022 This is the story of how our little friend, the espresso, goes on a journey to become a flat white. Enjoy and have a great start into the holidays #handmadeonsunshinecoast #sunshinecoast #maroochydore #cottontree #espressobar #butfirstcoffee #sunnycoastcoffee #ilovecoffee #latteart #sunnycoastlocals #supportlocal #sunshinecoastlife #coastalliving #specialtycoffee #specialtycoffeeroaster #specialtycoffeeshop #coffeeaddict #sunshinecoastfoodie #oatflatwhite

06.01.2022 You asked and lovely @maz.fargo created! We got a bunch of new cups and mugs in store, handle on or off - you‘ll find them on our shelves. Come around and get your own

02.01.2022 Coffee cherries do grow in Australia - right in our good mates back yard! Thank you to our good friend Johnny for letting us pick these fruits of goodness with you - let's see how sunny coast beans taste! It's a bit of a process until then, but chat to Elliot if you're interested in the journey of how these berries get turned into juicy espresso. PS: this thang is a fun side project and we won't be able to serve the end product at Wynd, but you can totally come along for the ride from harvest to fermentation, drying, finally roasting, extracting and tasting ! We'll keep you posted
