23.01.2022 A friendly little visitor this week, at Wynndean we are passionate about preserving and protecting our beautiful environment and habitat. You will find two types of possums in Wynndean. The Ringtail Possum is about 30/35cm in length (adult) with a beautiful long tail with a white tip on it. The Ringtail is an Australian marsupial. They are quite rare in urban areas and nest peacefully in the Tea Tree in Wynndean. The Brushtail possum is much larger than the Ringtail and is a...lso a native marsupial. It is nocturnal and is the most common of the possums. Who can relate to the alarm of a big brush tail possum running across your roof at 4am?
20.01.2022 Tomorrow’s events- Kids story time at 930am at the boat playground reading Bear Hunt, we might even get a little muddy! Our first cheese and chat will be on tomorrow at 5pm, cheese platters provided BYO chair/blanket and drink! See you then! See office for location details, we’ll be setting to in new spots each week.

15.01.2022 Happy School Holidays! And what a start, whales and sunshine! To our Wynndean family- the road construction has begun. All guests will still have access to their sites at all times however may face restrictions on the access routes into the Park. Currently, there is no access into Osborne Street from Barwon Heads/Wallington Road and no access for vehicles in the Esplanade. Please use the Baker Street entrance to Wynndean.... Pedestrians can still walk to the beach via the Esplanade but please be careful of road construction vehicles. 14.01.2022 We had such a beautiful day at our garden and exploring event this week... making orange bird feeders, bush painting with plants and flowers, seed and cutting planting and nature orienteering! We love seeing our gorgeous Wynndean family connect with our special environment!

11.01.2022 We were so grateful to the @wynndean.caravan.park families who turned out for our Beach Clean Up morning. An hour on Ocean Grove beach and we emptied our bags many times, thongs, bottles, plastic bags, but the most common item- cigarette butts, over 60 of them... Thankful for your enthusiasm and commitment in helping to keep our beautiful coast rubbish free!
