25.01.2022 To all players in the under 16, 17 and 18 squads for the 2021 season. Due to the recent covid requirements we will be pushing our training back to Tuesday the 19th of January. 25.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! After a 9 hour drive, to Charleville, 2 days of football, 9 games, 6 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss, Wynnum have won the Mulga Cup by 1 point, with second place being a 3 way tie. Well done kids!... A special thanks to the coach, support staff, parents and spectators who made the team possible.

22.01.2022 What a weekend of football. Now it’s time to talk about the two huge games on Saturday. The BRL Reserves won their Semi Final against West Brisbane Panthers 32 v 12. ... The BRL A Grade beat Carina A 28 v 20 in their Semi Final. It was an awesome afternoon of footy at Kitchener Park! At the presentations after the games. Ben Farr received players player and Jay Florimo received the coaches award for the BRL Reserves. Special mention to Koby Martin. Harrison Graham received both the players player award and the coaches award for the BRL A Grade with a special mention to Max Plath. Well done and thank you for the very entertaining games. We also need to thank the many volunteers and staff that helped to put together a fantastic afternoon of football !!!

22.01.2022 Wynnum Manly Juniors Perpetual Trophy. Lipke Lewis - Most Valuable Player. Frankie Goldsbrough.... This was Frankie’s first year in league, coming from rugby union. He was not only was selected to be in the Wynnum academy, he was also selected into the Broncos academy in his first year of Rugby League. He is the best player that Daniel Frame has seen come though at this age and a great kid and team leader to go with it. Always at training even when out injured for 3 weeks.You can see the other boys look up to him and love when he is in the team.

Harper at the beginning of the season was shy and wasn’t sure, but by the end of the season she has transformed into an awesome tough little player. 10.01.2022 Wynnum Manly Juniors Perpetual Trophy. Joan Pease - Best Female Player. Chloe Whittaker & Lucy Jensen.... Chloe was the captain of the U14 girls team, her dedication and commitment to the team is of a high standards her leadership skills to the girls was fantastic. Every game she topped the tackle. Chloe is versatile and can play any position. Her vision for the game was high she also made Met East girls U14 rugby league representative side. Lucy’s position was 5/8 but she ran that ball like she was a forward making metres and scoring tries. Lucy always showed commitment and dedication to her team she would always encourage girls to keep going and not to give up. Lucy had an amazing season.

Anthony has coached and also supported the young juniors and coaches with their skills. Anthony also coached one of our girls teams. Donna has managed teams at the club for years. Both have been involved not only at the Juniors but also with Oztag. The Martins are a valued part of the Wynnum Manly Juniors.
