09.01.2022 Revised Constitution A Special Resolution at the AGM 14 November At this year's AGM we will be voting on the revised Club constitution. Along with ensuring that the constitution is aligned to the recent changes in legislation, we are broadening the objects of the club to include "promote and advance sport and recreation in the Wynnum, Manly and surrounding districts" where previously this had been limited to rugby. This change will support the development of netball courts an...d other facilities at Elanora Park. The government has introduced changes to laws for not-for-profit associations incorporated in Queensland. These changes started on 22 June 2020.
