25.01.2022 We would like to let our clients know that we are still open for business and will continue to strive to ensure your pets health issues are met during the current COVID-19 situation. We will be taking the following precautions: - Provision of hand sanitizer, please use on arrival and after your visit - To maintain social distancing we would ask that only one person accompanies your pet into the clinic. We would ask you to inform the front desk on your arrival be...fore bringing your animal in, we may ask you to wait in the carpark if reception is busy, until you are called in for your appointment. - A tape line is in front of the reception desk at a distance of 1.5 metres, please wait behind until called to the counter. - If collecting large animal scripts please let reception know on arrival and we will bring the script out to you. - Our preferred payment method is by card/Eftpos - If you are in self isolation or are unwell please phone the clinic to discuss alternative arrangements for treating your pet. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.

24.01.2022 Dear Pet Owners Veterinary Professionals are not immune from covid-19. We are human too! ... This is a very uncertain and scary time for EVERYONE. This is a time for EVERYONE to be considerate and compassionate to one another. The important measures enforced by your veterinary practices have been put in place to protect ALL. Please respect their requests Be aware that it is likely that teams will be working with less team members than normal due to self isolation. Be aware that some teams may be working longer hours than normal. Be aware that some practices may be offering no routine/non-urgent appointments and procedures.... You will always be able to speak to a Vet over the phone if you have an emergency, and they will always see your pet if required or direct you to another vet/practice who can. Remember, we want to protect our staff to ensure team members are still available to care for your sick and injured pets when they need us most. PLEASE BE KIND & CONSIDERATE

05.01.2022 We love that our boss is as compassionate about helping others as we are. Thanks Gavin for allowing me to purchase and donate vet medical supplies to send to towns thats have been affected by these horrendous bushfires. Its hard enough to see all the properties destroyed but to see lives lost and the animals suffering is heartbreaking, you can replace homes but you cant replace lives. To the firefighters you are the real heros, Australia cannot thank you all enough

02.01.2022 In light of the increased restrictions in relation to the current coronavirus outbreak at the North West Regional Hospital, we would like to inform our clients of our current procedures in the clinic, effective from Tuesday 14th April. Essential consultations and surgeries will continue with our current arrangements, however we will now be closing our front door and limiting access of people into the building. On arrival to the clinic we would ask that you telephone the clini...c to inform us of your arrival. Reception will then advise you to wait outside or in your vehicle until we are ready to see you. A veterinarian or nurse will then come out to collect your animal and take any relevant history before taking your animal in for the consultation. We will have a mobile with us to contact you during the consultation if the need arises. For all farm and small animal scripts, along with food orders, worming and flea treatments, we would ask you to call well ahead so we can have the order ready when you arrive, and again would ask you to call us on arrival so we can bring it out to you. In regards to payment we can process accounts online, or contactless eftpos payment is available. Thanks for your understanding in this difficult time. Please rest assured we will still be here for you if your pet is sick or injured. Stay safe, together we can work through this so that life can return to normal as soon as possible.

01.01.2022 Puppy School is back, the next classes start on 2nd June, 2020. Limited places available as Covid19 social distancing rules apply For all enquiries please call the Clinic on 64424242
