11.01.2022 Wynyard Scouts spent the night away from the hall tonight and visited Wynyard SES to see what they do. The Scouts got a demonstration on how they remove the fr...ont and back door from a car, how to pull someone up a hill along with how to lift up a vehicle/trailer off of someone or something. All in all, the Scouts has a fantastic night, and with some luck in a few years they will make amazing SES officers! Thank you to the Wynyard SES Unit for having the Scouts along and putting on a wicked night enjoyed by all!

02.01.2022 Thank you to all our volunteers who give up their own time to train, attend callouts and participate in community events. We would not be able to do it all, without you.

02.01.2022 Covid-19 response In response to the global pandemic Covid-19, Wynyard SES has suspended all training activities. This is supported by Tasmanian SES including all unit meetings, training nights and social events which are to be suspended for 21 days. In this changing environment the safety of our members is the key to being able to continually provide the community with assistance during and after major incidents. Whilst we are yet to receive a formal request for assistance... our skills and resources could provide assistance if required to the government. From our Orange family to yours stay safe and look out for one another!
