SECRETARY NEEDED PLEASE Guys all positions are filled and coaches are sorted but we do not have a secretary and cannot move into the season without one. 2019 Secretary Jusso is still around to help and teach anyone interested so if you feel this is job you could do please come forward it is at Desperate Stage.

24.01.2022 Potential Return to Training Hi All,, With the possible easing of Restrictions following the upcomimg May 11th announcments we would like to let all parents and kids know Footy Training will resume ASAP, it may have a diffrent format (groups of 10, no contact etc) but all coaches are prepared and ready to go. Fingers are crossed we get the all clear.

23.01.2022 FOOTY UPDATE Unfortunately guys Covid 19 has put an end to Footy Season for 2020. We tried our best and luckily got in 2 good matches. But we will make the most of our last 3 days.... PLEASE BRING JUMPERS BACK, WASHED OR NOT I WILL WASH THEM AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE KIT. UNDER 10s - Tuesday - Training and intra club match, 4 oclock to 6 oclock. UNDER 12s - Wednesday- Training and intra club match, 4 oclock to 6 oclock. UNDER 14s - Wednesday- Training and intra club match, 4.15 to 6 oclock.

23.01.2022 TRAINING INFORMATION As we head into our last week of training before our big 1st game this Sunday heres the info you need. If everyone could really make the effort to get to training this week it would make everything alot easier for Sunday... Under 14s training Tonight and Thursday 4.15 start. After a short sharp session on Thursday Pizzas will be delivered for the kids while there jumpers are handed out. For Under 10s and 12s same deal, Pizzas after a short sharp training and Presentation of Jumpers. All activities will be outside given the situation of No Clubrooms to be used.

13.01.2022 ANNOUNCMENT ON STARTING THE SEASON Just to keep everyone in the loop after the Senior Competition voted to cancel season 2020. The Junior Presidents had a meeting with League officials on Thursday night and have voted YES to start the season in term 3, the League commissioners will sit this Thursday night and be guided by advice from the State Government with plenty of issues to still be worked through however we are all hopeful for a season start in a few weeks.

UNDER 13s - Bryan Froud UNDER 15s - Col Richards. Thanks to these 3 legends for there re committment for the 2021 season. Any parents willing to give the coaches a hand your help is much appreciated and please don't be shy to come forward and let them know, they will be happy to hear from you. We still are in need of a Secretary for 2021 so PLEASE keep an eye out for AGM to be held in February 2021.

08.01.2022 Match Restart Date Good news from the Government yesterday allowing Junior Football Competitions and competitive training to commence from June 22nd. Meaning once all the clubs are sorted and the League organises the fixture games can commence (sometime in July I would think).... TRAINING AS PER USUAL this week Under 10s Tuesday 4.15 start Under 12s Wednesday 4.15 start Under 14s Thursday 4.15 start Things are Looking Good.

08.01.2022 TRAINING IS BACK NEXT WEEK But there are rules so please read carefully: UNDER 10s - Tuesday 26th May, 4.15 - 5.15... UNDER 12s - Wednesday 27th May, 4.15 - 5.15 UNDER 14s - Thursday 28th May, 4.15 - 5.15 PLEASE NOTE: There is NO word on WHEN or IF games will be allowed , this is only training to give the kids a run around and some activity, it may be only training with no Matches. RULES - Groups of 10 kids and 1 coach only, 1 group at each end of themain oval a nd 1 group on the back oval. - All kids to supply their own Drink Bottle. - Hand Sanitiser will be provided, kids hands and Footys to be sanitised prior to and at completion of training. - No Tackling or Competitive drills at this stage. - No spitting on ground. - Kids must arrive in training gear and leave in training gear. No change room facilities willbe open. - Parents/Guardians drop off and pick up is preferred but if supervision is required please stay in your car. Please abide by 1.5m social distancing rules. Parents must keep their distance from the training group. - ONLY kids that have PAID REGISTRATION can Train so they are insured, IF no games eventuate your $100 fee will be either refunded. - If you or your Kid is sick even a little, Please DO NOT attend training. 08.01.2022 Season 2020 Wrap up Well as the season came to a finish during the week albeit in unfortunate circumstances its time to say our goodbyes and thank yous. Not going to name everyone individually but to all ... COMMITTEE MEMBERS COACHES ASSISTANT COACHES TEAM MANAGERS PARENT HELPERS ON MATCHDAY SPONSORS UMPIRES LEAGUE COMMISSIONERS PARENTS and of course THE KIDS FOR BEING LEGENDS THANK YOU deeply, I know it ended as only a 2 game season but nearly as much work went into getting 2 games going in Covid times as a whole normal season. AND A SPECIAL THANKYOU to our departing Secretary Justin Kellow, all the work on the computer behind the scenes over the years has been invaluable and we would have been in a mess without you. Thanks mate. 06.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURN TO PLAY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW:: There has been alot of work that has gone into Junior Footy making its return on July 26, it has taken some convincing for the League to allow us to play and they will be watching like hawks, therefore this Protocol must be followed by all clubs or the whole thing will be shut down.... Please guys we cant be the club that ruins it for all. 1 - No Canteen 2 - No Gate 3 - No Clubrooms 4 - No Changerooms, so kids please arrive in your gear ready to play or get changed in the car. 5 - Only parents/guardians and siblings can attend (we need to keep crowd numbers to a minimum, so No spectaters that arent necessary) 6 - Social Distancing, keep your 1.5 meters or better yet stay in your car. 7 - No one apart from players, coaches, trainers, umpires or runners can enter the playing arena meaning No coming out to the huddle or Kicking the footy between quarters Thanks Guys, Please lets make sure we follow this so we can enjoy the season we have, plenty of other leagues especially in Melbourne have nothing at all. .

No registrations for Under 14s unless you are an existing player please, we suspect we are already at our cap. We ask so that we can get an idea of exact numbers if you could register ASAP.
