15.01.2022 Many organisations provide feedback to their employees, but there's often a critically overlooked step. -- That is getting your employees (or other stakeholders) to give feedback about you.... When we work with our clients around course design, we urge them to put in questions focused around getting feedback on the learning they are experiencing. The trainer can then get immediate feedback via email, make any changes and provide feedback to that person. If that isn't an agile approach, we don't know what is!!
