17.01.2022 Our client called us in to replace a deck that was less then 2 years old, it shows how important it is to use the correct materials for the job. Initially this deck was installed with plastic underneath which ultimately held water and rotted out the deck, also internal timber was used outside and sitting in dirt. We excavated underneath for ventilation and used H3 treated timber for our joists to give our client a deck to enjoy for the long term. #Xceedconstructions
