23.01.2022 No expectations for Jeff today as he competed in the finals of the Physique Science Masters League. This comp incorporates the top 10 lifters across all weight and age categories to compete against each other with a very complicated scoring system which takes into account your age, weight, PB, number of successful lifts and much more. Going into this with a dislocated collar bone isn’t exactly ideal unless your technique is on point. Thinking it would be a good opportunity to just focus on a good platform snatch was today’s aim but he did much more than that! A PB for both Snatch and Clean and Jerk, setting new State and National records in each as well as the total. Coming away with 1st place against 8 competitors...can’t really ask for more than that. Huge congrats Jeff.
