21.01.2022 Yes winter is definitely here, everyone is talking about "an intense cold front, bringing bitter cold, strong winds, showers, and snow to southeastern Australia" People around me are sick. But I am fine. What is the secret? The secret is as simple as a wow-worthy yoga session, or even just a simple easy deep breath. Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts, and our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath. Learning to breathe consciously and with awareness ...can be a valuable tool in helping to restore balance to the mind and body. Yoga and deep breathing help build a relationship with ourselves, and unlock the intelligence within our body. In my yoga teaching experience I have met people, including myself, struggling with all kind of of issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and sleep disturbances. Time and time again Ive seen simple deep breathing practices reduce stress and anxiety, promote restful sleep, and on a more subtle level give ones immune system a huge boost. So this winter if you are searching for the best way to boost your immune system, practice yoga, or at least learn to take a deep breath.

16.01.2022 We have some Exciting News! Xin Health will be holding all new Zumba Classes at the fantastic Stepz Fitness 24/7 Gym Starting from the 4th of August. For those of you who don't know Stepz Fitness is one of the finest 24/7 gyms on the Gold Coast, they are located centrally in Varsity Lakes conveniently located next to Aldi and Varsity College Primary campus. I can personally vouch for the quality of their establishment and look forward to teaching many classes in their wonder...ful environment. Check our class schedule page for times and dates.

Our new times are as follows: Zumba 1:00-2:00pm Friday... Robina Community Centre Yoga 9:30-10:30am Thursday Robina Community Centre I apologise for this inconvenience, and hope to see you all at next weeks class. 03.01.2022 Green Morning Green Smoothie Recipe for Xin Health Practitioners People who love green, are practical, down-to-earth people with a love of nature. They are stable, well balanced, and have a personality that means they are kind, generous and compassionate. Great to have around during a crisis as they remain calm and take control of the situation until it is resolved. I love green by the way! Green juices are obviously a favorite of mine. I love the bright green color, the endl...ess combination of delicious blendable ingredients, and the potential to get creative each morning I make one. Ingredients 1 cups mixed salad leaves 1 cup green grapes 1/2 avocado 1 cup coconut water 1 spoon USANA protein powder Directions Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy!
