24.01.2022 Our Matcha & Yuzu chocolate is back at Toorak! This is a white couverture chocolate infused with green tea matcha and yuzu jam. In the red is our Raspberry Ganache - a dark couverture chocolate infused with raspberry.

22.01.2022 Mr X coming in hot!! We’re super excited to finally have on our shelves our new Mr X hot chocolate flavour - CHILLI We describe our chilli flavour as quite a warm flavour, it’s like having a hug from the inside! Our Mr X Chilli is made from a medley of Mexican chillies, and a unique blend of French and Venezuelan couverture. Kew currently have these available in store, and Canterbury will have these by the weekend.

20.01.2022 Have you tried our Pure Origin blocks? These single origin couverture blocks have their cocoa beans sourced from different countries around the world, such as Équateur, Madagascar and Venezuela These blocks vary in percentage of cocoa mass, starting at 32% and going all the way up to 76%. Just like coffee, couverture can vary in flavour according to where the bean is grown. Subtle flavour differences in the blocks can be attributed to factors such as climate, environment and soil. These blocks can be bought in store and online!

13.01.2022 We bring good news! We have some chocolates remaining from our 15 year birthday celebration, so we thought why not share the love! Introducing the Hazelnut Crispy Bar, made from hazelnut paste mixed with pieces of biscuit and rice puffs. We actually stopped making this bar a few years ago, although we can’t remember why! We also have in store our Chippy-Chocy bar, perfect for chips and chocolate lovers!

For example, did you know the takeaway cups we use are biodegradable so can be used in your compost bin? And the lids are recyclable! . .... Also, as a business we want to ensure that our coffee and chocolate is sourced fairly and ethically sourced, which is why we use Fair Trade certified Callebaut chocolate and 5 Senses coffee . . 01.01.2022 Our Mr X drinking hot chocolate is back in stock!! It is one of our most in demand products, especially during lockdown! This mix is a blend of French and Venezuelan couverture, infused with Madagascan vanilla bean. It is also gluten free and dairy free

01.01.2022 Did you know we are celebrities in Japan?! We were on national television and have some products in store at a department store! With stage 4 restrictions now in place, we are happy to still be trading for our local customers, and of course our international customers too
