25.01.2022 We bring good news! We have some chocolates remaining from our 15 year birthday celebration, so we thought why not share the love! Introducing the Hazelnut Crispy Bar, made from hazelnut paste mixed with pieces of biscuit and rice puffs. We actually stopped making this bar a few years ago, although we can’t remember why! We also have in store our Chippy-Chocy bar, perfect for chips and chocolate lovers!

These single origin couverture blocks have their cocoa beans sourced from different countries around the world, such as quateur, Madagascar and Venezuela These blocks vary in percentage of cocoa mass, starting at 32% and going all the way up to 76%. Just like coffee, couverture can vary in flavour according to where the bean is grown. Subtle flavour differences in the blocks can be attributed to factors such as climate, environment and soil. These blocks can be bought in store and online!

We’re super excited to finally have on our shelves our new Mr X hot chocolate flavour - CHILLI We describe our chilli flavour as quite a warm flavour, it’s like having a hug from the inside! Our Mr X Chilli is made from a medley of Mexican chillies, and a unique blend of French and Venezuelan couverture. Kew currently have these available in store, and Canterbury will have these by the weekend.
