25.01.2022 Breach of contract Go into your contract and look under definitions of who your Head Franchisor is. Most likely it will be Express Business Group Australia, which is in liquidation. If your Head Franchisor is in liquidation ( ASIC Connect search ) and the liquidator havent contacted you, that means the liquidator cant see your contract. He cant see your contract because your contract got either sold or transferred just before they went into liquidation.... So who bought your contract or got transferred to? Express Worldwide, it wasnt just a name change. If you havent received a written notification from either your Franchisor in your contract, Express Worldwide or Express WW about the sale or transfer of your contract, that means a notification of any assignment is required by clause 13.3 of your Franchise Agreement, as is the provision of a disclosure document by clause 9 of the Franchising Code of Conduct where there has been a permitted assignment or transfer. That means you dont have to pay franchise fees anymore, you dont have to pay termination fees and you can keep your clients, you are free. Express Worldwide cant bring you to court, because they never notified you that they are your new Head Franschisor. The ASIC initiated a strike-off action against Express Worlwide, which means Express Worldwide will be a deregistered company from the 10th of June, unless they rectify the issue/s with the ASIC before, or more likely there will be another Name Change . And always remember Express is a brand name, not a business name. You have the right to know who you are exactly talking to while communicating with them and none of their business names will have any business relationships within in your contract.

20.01.2022 In 2015 I made calls to many companies to buy franchise but all the company I called were expensive. I finally find Express I thought was cheap that I could afford. I call the company the CEO of the company wanted to meet me as soon as possible. We met at the cafe he said he could not give any information about their business until I pay $500 so I pay and they also try to sell me an iPad for $400 I said NO. What they said is the business mode is so easy you will be earning $ ...700 plus a week. It was really good news to hear. Next day we met they gave me small books few for franchisees lawn mowing and Cleaning and others. They promise its so easy all you need is 3 customers pay day I pay the full amount of more then $6000 for lawn mowing franchisee. After signing up the communication didnt exist they were only calling each week if I didnt pay $180. They were harassing at that time I could not even afford cheap meals for myself as I payed all the funds. It was so hard that I was suffering depression when I try to explain that I wanted to cancel they said pay the fee and additional fee is more then 5000 to cancel. I cancel less then 1 year in the business and after 3 years Im still paying off. Please dont buy anything from this company listen to the bad review. See more

16.01.2022 Hi, Ive been watching this page for a while and decided to share my experience. Ive had some pretty crazy dealings with Express back from when they were Express Mobile Services. Ive been fighting to get my money back from them since 2014, even attending mediation which came to no result. I basically had the State Master Franchise that I owned sold out from underneath me and express on sold it, after I had given them back 2 area franchises and sold 4 regional franchises for... them as part of my buy in deal for the State. I did alot of travel for Arcon and Scutts and it wasnt uncommon to be told to accept cash deposits from buyers and at anyone time would have tens of thousands of dollars of cash with me. When I had an accident in 2013, this was when Express sold the State from underneath me for $120,000, which if I had of sold it for that price I would have been making a great profit off it. I also had deposits on 2 Nationals at the time this all occurred. They didnt have any contracts in order, and claimed that they terminated my agreements with them after they tried to say that I didnt have any agreements with them because they supposedly werent finalised. That right there is a contradiction because you cant terminate an agreement that was never finalised, so they obviously cant get their story straight. I was very successful with my franchises earning in excess of $17,000 some weeks with my 2 initial area franchises. This is all income that has been lost for me and I am hoping that the liquidation process might end up getting me some of the money back that Ive lost. Unsure if this story is going to be able to help at all but thought Id put it out there. Let me know if you want anymore info on it. See more

They sold people Masters on false promises of guaranteed fixed returns. Then when they were running out of Masters they offered them to buy shares and started scam again. They then opened 20 fake companies and transferred money to those in name of consultation. If you download liquidator report on Express you can see it all. They are now running the scam under Waves Details Pro and Blast Pest Management. They deliberately made people fail so they can resell the franchise.

15.01.2022 Worst mistake I ever done was to sign up for test n tag franchise through Express and also all 5 members that signed up at the same time as me all cancelled the express franchise and im stilling waiting for a refund its been like 6 years now biggest joke for a company please if anyone is looking join i advise you not too unless your willing to loose your money,things have changed since i bought a franchise with them it used to be 5950+gst and now its like 10k also they guara...nty me between $500-$2000 dollars a week when i signed up and a minimum of 5 to 10 calls a week and i received 1 call that whole week and made $50 if your really still interested in test and tagging go out and do the 1 day course which is same course they send you to do as well,which you can find online by a test and tag machine and print out pamphlets and cards which thats what they give you to promote the business and you can do it yourself with out paying $180 a week in franchise fee also theres a government scheme called ( NEIS Program) run through mission Australia which encourages new businesses which basically help you out for the first year and pay you, thats right they pay you 300 a week to help you out with expenses for the first year only. get the government to help you out not Express youll just run yourself into financial struggles with Express! Never could trade as Rentals Managment . Very clever Scam . Have spoken to many many people both in Aus and USA and NZ who wish they had never heard of this company. Be warned if it seems to good to be true then it is.

12.01.2022 From time to time it is best to test the system to see which brand Express are operating under now. So I checked Express Book keeping and accounting and filled in details, guess where did I get a call from, Franchise under Worth Accounting. So I did a bit more research and looked up profiles of Express Bookkeeping guys I know and there are 2 of them working under Worth Accounting. Dug further and found that it is run by Khurram Malik from Express. To test the waters I asked m...y friends near Underwood where old Express Head office used to be to put a request on Express website, guess who replied Khurram Malik. Then my friends in Shorncliffe did a query and got a call from Michael who used to be with Express. In short they are running the scam for Express bookkeeping under Worth Accounting. I am not saying Michael is part of scam as he is extremely hard working and I met him at Express in a few meetings. However need to make people aware of Express guys trying to sell them garbage under Worth Accounting and Reece Arcon is running the book keeping franchise scam under Worth Accounting. BEWARE.... 12.01.2022 Financial Updates....... 58 Solway Crescent and 74 Solway Crescent Carbrook are both for sale, they have been for a couple of months now, in both cases the houses have dropped in price dramatically. My advice is to anyone that is still owed money from P&P is to place a caveat on these properties. These properties have to sell, so they can shut down The P&P Company, as they are owned by the company.... Who is P&P you ask..... Peter Scutts was P&P. Peter sold Express to Reece in 2017, knowing Reece would fail. Obviously Peter was dying when he sold it, so he conned Reece into using the investors money to bank role the sale.Peter was the creator of Express and was still signing papers for the Express solicitor 2 days before he died.... 08.01.2022 Cams Car Care Franchise ? Was on the gold coast last week and saw Reece in mechanics office. He didnt see me. Asked one of the staff there who he was- said he was the boss who doesnt come in often. Apparently they were doing an all day planning session and were about to expand the cams car care brand using - wait for it - franchising - yeah thats right...... Apparently this dudlam person posts on here all the time to throw everyone off the scent but hes really the big mans number one business partner - he was the head of 4 Divisions at Express and was really close to the Scutts family - even had training from them and sold their franchises. Cams car care on the gold coast beware of the scam!

03.01.2022 Franchise rip off I paid up front $10,000 for a Building inspection franchise got about $700 worth of equipment and a half day run down on how to inspect a property, a day at the head quarters in Brisbane on how good it is to be a part of Express Business Group, at first there was some help from the master franchisor but after a year or more of struggling to build the business it became unattainable I have had to go back to working in the field I wanted to get away from because of finances I lost my initial money I out laid and a lot more, things got that bad I could not meet the $180 a week fee and refused to pay. I am thinking of putting in a small claim with the courts to see if I can recoup some of my money, has anyone else been down this route.
