20.01.2022 Giving this HP laptop a new lease on life. It is getting a reformat back to the way it was on the day it was purchased. It will get the following treatment: - Files all backed up, including an export of old emails. - Reformat of windows. ... - All updates completed - Office, Acrobat Reader, etc reinstalled. - Backed up files put back on. - Even hopefully fix the sticking enter key - Then back to its happy owner All while i place some orders for networking products for other customers. If you have a sick computer, need a new one, got slow internet, a TV you want hung on the wall, or some cabling done then feel free to message or call me. Onsite computer repairs and cabling. 14.01.2022 Another happy customer. This customer now has wifi across the whole house as well as no more annoying flashing modem/NBN lights in the bedroom. NBN technician did the quickest install they could and didn’t care how it looked or inconvenienced the customer. They installed an ugly conduit across the front of the house as well as installing the NBN boxes in the master bedroom right beside the bed. ... This upgrade included the following: - New fibre cable installed from meter box to study - NBN box relocated to study (No more annoying flashing router lights in the master bedroom!) - Telstra router installed in centre of the house to increase wifi coverage. - Ugly conduit removed from front wall of the house. 10.01.2022 Another computer repair complete! The laptop was slow to boot and even slower when waiting for it to load all the start up apps. It is always a good idea to toally wipe your computer every few years to bring it back to life. Laptop took more than 5 minutes to boot. Now only 1 to 2 minutes. 1. Backed up files and photos 2. Full reformat and windows install 3. Software reinstall including acrobat reader etc.... 4. 05.01.2022 Recently completed a network install/upgrade. Both parents working from home along with 2 kids home schooling. The upgrade included the following: - Relocated Telstra cable/HFC point and modem to built in robe. - Installed a new 16 port gigabit switch - Installed 2 x Ubiquiti wifi access points (Mesh configuration)... - Installed 13 new data points around the house - All points patched in and working at gigbit speeds. All equipment is neatly hidden in the built in robe.
