17.01.2022 To all members and patrons. The gym will be re-opening and we cannot wait to see you all again! Whilst we are all super excited to get out there and back into training, please be mindful that social distancing is still in place and that gyms can have a maximum of 20 people at any given time. Entry will be as per normal, as the gym does not usually have crowds of more than 20 people anyway, except maybe at peak periods. So please be mindful if training at peak periods 4pm - 7...pm, when numbers can get high, and try to avoid these times if possible. If numbers exceed 20, it will be first come - first serve. In order to help this and also to maintain social distancing, classes will not be running for now. All member accounts will be automatically activated. Staffed hours will be: Mon - Thurs: 9.30am to 12.30pm & 3.30pm to 7.30pm Fri and Sat: 9.30am to 12.30pm Now let’s get back into training, and living that fit and healthy lifestyle, in a safe manner.
