Pushing the limits in one of the more challenging ways our Head trainer is on the adventure of a lifetime.... Charlie is currently on the Mundabiddi track attempting the journey from end to end. Mundaring to Albany. Having to survive along the way this task is taxing the body and the mind all the while repaying effort levels with unique beauty and off the charts serenity. 13.01.2022 Bike trek. Yesterday we packed up and went on an epic adventure. Enjoying the fresh air and sunburnt country we rode from Midland to Chidlow and back again. Thats 46km! ... Many a challenge on the way though all over come in the end. Rolling rocks, boggy terrain, an epic McGyver moment, little sunburn, and what a Quad cramp! Team work is a vital ingredient in physical success such as this. Together our minds were stronger and determination and motivation fed through from all of us. Its fantastic to live in an environment such as ours and have the freedom to enjoy quality time like this. The boys were super supportive, stopping for my regular bush bathroom breaks, turns out not such an issue for the guys, and keeping me going when I thought it better to quit. Feeling blessed and very accomplished. Living in the lucky country #donttakelifeforgranted
