12.01.2022 It’s all in the roast If you have a favourite coffee, chances are it is because of the roasting of that particular bean. As coffee roasts get darker over time, they lose the original flavours of the bean and take on more flavour from the roasting process. Lighter roasts have more acidity than darker roasts which will ultimately affect the taste.... How do you like your coffee?

Our beans are grown in the highlands, as like most coffee-growing countries, because the best coffee tends to grow at higher altitudes. The higher altitudes in PNG make for great coffee growing alongside very fertile volcanic soil, making it a fantastic region for the best coffee beans in the world!...
