Due to the stage one closures of venues because of the Corona virus the club monthly meetings will be cancelled as to our runs we will be canceling all runs.we have taken this decision for the welfare of our members and the welfare of the public. 17.01.2022 It is with great sadness to report the passing of one of our former members Brian Boyle aged 89.Brian was a intricate member of the club and was there at the start of the club, Brian's and wife olwyn commitment to the club was overwhelming to the point that they would travel from ballarat every month for meetings plus attended all the runs so to our dear friend R.I.P also our thoughts go out to olwyn and family

Don’t forget t...o complete your log books! The Association of Motoring Clubs has had many reports and requests for information concerning the use of permitted vehicles during the current Corona Virus emergency. As you would know the country is under emergency regulations regarding social distancing and private movements. Everybody is being encouraged to Stay At Home. The Association supports efforts to safeguard the health of our citizens and seeks the support of the movement to do likewise. Vehicles either registered or permitted are only to be used for: The current Emergency Regulations restrict all vehicle movements to: Going to work or school if essential, Shopping for essentials, Visits to medical services. Any vehicle and occupants detected by the police, not involved in one of the above can be stopped and fined. As of close of business yesterday Vic Roads have no policy on the use of permitted vehicles during this time of emergency regulations, but are discussing the matter with Vic Police. It is our believe permitted vehicles are probably part of the police crackdown on caravans, motor homes and recreational four wheel drives. Permitted vehicles are being seen as recreational vehicles. So our advice is unless absolutely necessary for the reasons outlined above leave your club permitted vehicle at home. We will provide further advice when it comes to hand Iain Ross President

After plenty of hard work thanks to Momentum Traffic Control lodging all the paperwork and plans to Cardinia Council and VicRoads, we are pu...mped to bring you guys the 2021 FOOD TRUCK AND CLASSIC CAR FESTIVAL! Same place Same time Same fun! Raising money again for Beyond Blue after a pretty AVERAGE 2020 Just like last year, we have closed the road again for the night so we can spread out and display some Killer cars, bikes and anything cool! Although we had a hot but soggy day earlier this year, it was still a successful night and all our favourite food trucks will be back along with a few new faces! Back on the strip for 2021 you can find: I Am A Bar Dumanddumpling Twisted Spudz & Dogz Nicolosi Pizzeria Stix N Chips Travelling Bandit Shannons G'Day Ink putting out some unbelievable tattoos from the 50s retro office And patrolling the night again 501st Legion Knightfall Garrison As well as all our valued operators working behind the scenes. We are still confirming a few more! We are on the look out for some AWESOME entertainment for the night both live and a DJ so if you know anyone get tagging! We are unsure of the 2021 DHHS regulations, but are able to plan for the coming event on SATURDAY FEBRUARY 13TH.... keep that date open for a great night of cars, food and music.
