15.01.2022 OUR NEWEST CLIMATE ACTION As you may already know, we are certified Carbon Neutral, which means we offset all our Carbon Emissions by investing in Carbon-Free renewable energy projects. To put it simply, we are a 100% net-zero carbon emissions company and have been since way back in 2008.... However, we know there is more we can do. We're incredibly proud to announce that we have signed on to the ClimateUnited Pact along with a large number of International Snow and Outdoor Brands. As a member of ClimateUnited, we have undertaken a pledge: That we will halve our emissions by 2030 That we will be net-zero emissions before 2050 (we are currently net-zero carbon emissions but will look at additional emissions that impact our climate) We will also look even closer at helping reduce the carbon footprint of our suppliers, freight companies, and even our XTM team as individuals As a group, we will use our voices to lobby Governments to take action, especially here in Australia where we are falling behind other nations We are taking this action now as the sport that we all love (skiing and boarding) will be the first to feel the impact of climate change We want to take you on this journey with us. When our action plan is ready, we will be sharing it with you along with all the steps that we and our partners will be taking to reduce our emissions footprint. Watch this space! See more
