22.01.2022 Xtra Clean provides an impeccable cleaning service with minimal disruption to the environment. We are currently looking for more work in the southern areas of Adelaide. Xtra clean had been operating for just over 5 years in the southern areas of Adelaide, and have experience with both domestic and commercial clients. We work with a number of real estate companies across Adelaide and are able to provide end of lease and for sale cleans as well as a number of other services. W...e are fully qualified and have recently completed a certificate in infectious disease control for Covid 19. We charge at a per hour rate and can provide a free quotation for your cleaning needs. We supply all equipment and chemicals needed and can provide recommendations from current and previous clients. We hold an Abn and provide police clearances for all of our staff members. We have an outstanding reputation for quality of service, affordability and customer service. Currently we are offering 30mins free on your first clean (ongoing work only). 05.01.2022 We hope you have had a lovely Easter break. As We have mentioned in previous updates regarding the corona virus, xtra clean is having to make some changes in the way that we operate. We have finished doing an online e-course in infectious control training for Covid 19 and are happy to announce that we are doing all we can to stay updated and informed for the safety of everyone.... The new changes are as followed: We will be wearing PPE during your cleans to protect our self and our clients from the corona virus. We will NOT be attending cleans for a minimum of 14 days if you or anyone in your home has been sick or has had any flu like symptoms. We will continue to use our green clean methods where possible but will be using harsher hospital grade chemicals in some areas of your home based on government recommendations. We will be supplying all equipment as we have in the past but will be disinfecting our self and equipment thoroughly after each clean. We will be happy to use cloths and equipment provided if you do not wish for us to use our equipment in your home. We ask that there is NO visitor in your home while we provide our cleaning services to you to reduce contact with the public. We ask to clean in vacant rooms where possible or stick to the 1.5m social distance rules while we are providing our cleaning services to you. We will not be excepting any cash payments. All payments must be made via bank transfer. We have made changes to our rosters to reduce the amount of travel we are doing on a day to day basis. We have made these changes to try and cluster our cleans so we are only in 1 areas each day. We are also currently looking for more regular cleans as our work load has reduced with the closure of many of our commercial clients. 04.01.2022 With covid 19 back in South Australia, we please ask that if you are working from home to please maintain 1.5 meters from our staff or allow us to clean a vacant room where possible. We will once again be extra vigilant in trying to reduce the spead and will be working to all health regulations as stated by our government.
