25.01.2022 Happy 4th Birthday to us We have packed a lot into a short time - good and bad. It’s a hell of a ride. Thank you to Kylie and the Xtreme team for being the most amazing staff any business owner could possibly hope for. Thank you to everyone who has supported and stood by us over the years, and continue to do so - our valued customers, partners/family and community. Without you we wouldn’t be here today. We are very proud to be able to be the best that we can be and to hav...e the opportunity to move forward and strive to be even better. 16.01.2022 A shout out to a fellow local small independent business. It is rare to get service as good as this anywhere! A MASSIVE Thank You to NW Communications for savin...g my and my business's day yesterday. Saturday morning, retails' busiest day, we opened the shop with no Point of Sale computers or operating sales software. (We had to record sales by hand!) I tried to fix the problem but it was way past my capabilities. I rang the NW Communications store, hoping to god that someone was there (Buster was) and about half an hour later Nathan was on site. He gave me the bad news that both of the computers were fried, but was able to offer a solution. Within an hour we had a brand new operating computer installed with all information from the old hard drive transferred to the new one. No lost data! Less than an hour after that we had computer #2 up and running. Problem solved! Buster and Nathan, Thank you so much for mobilizing so quickly to save the day. Trade was frantic and the situation was so stressful but you guys were professional, efficient and calm. You saved me from a total meltdown. I am very grateful and cannot convey my appreciation enough. Cheers I have used NW Communications for my business, workplace and personal needs for years, and I will never go anywhere else. Buster, Helen, Nathan, Justin and team - you are brilliant!!
