25.01.2022 My first SS set up, I still think I have the nack to test teams going into my 21st year of XWC. Only 9 more to do

25.01.2022 Plenty of action today at XWC, including a big roll over! Check it out...

25.01.2022 Well what a way to start the Series, great weekend and good driving by all Teams. Big thanks to Sponsors, Teams, Spectators and Officials. Now for the rest of the Series.... All is going to plan and the events are on. If by chance that the landowners or Government direct us to cancel I will accept that decision, if it is the landowners there will be no other venue sought. We all have to work together on this and follow directions that are given by people with more knowledge on what is happening. Try and live life as usual as possible. I will keep you informed of what is going on as it unfolds. And to all those that have purchased normal house hold product to sell at a profit at this time, there is only one word for you, ASSHOLE and maybe add GRUB and unAustralian.

25.01.2022 With deep regreat I have cancelled Round 4 at EMU CREEK which was to be held 14/16 August due to the increase of COVID 19 cases. I would really like to thank all those people that have not followed Government direction and have started this 2nd wave, one word for you - LOOSERS

10.01.2022 Good morning. As we have started the 21st year of XWC I now would like to make an important announcement. Due to what is happening with the Coronavirus and the directions being given by the Government who have people with more knowledge on this virus then we will ever have, the COMEUP XWC is postponed until further notice.... The venues and dates will still be there and all landowners agree with the choice I have had to make. I support the directions being given by the Government and I would be very 2 faced if I then turned around and asked people to come together at this time. To all my Competitors, Families, Supporters and Sponsors as you are aware we are entering an unknown era, we will at the end of this come out stronger and wiser then what we are now. Remember we are all only a phone call away. So please keep tabs with all concerned. Until next time, take care. Cheers David "MMM" Metcalfe

10.01.2022 I am pleased to announce that we are now agents for West Coast Suspensions for the South Burnett area.

09.01.2022 Roll call. And what have you been upto. Hope everyone is handling this ok, just remember we are a small group and one of us is only a phone call away. Work has gone very slow for me here, but still have a couple of jobs to catch up on as well as 2 small insurance jobs to do. Normally have a job booked each day for the next 2 weeks, but that is now changed to 1 or 2 booked for the next week. But the best part about this is that I have had plenty of time to work on the cottage.... This will be over in the near future and after everyone has had a chance to play catch up and get back on top I will commence the COMEUP XWC again, but only when everyone is ready. Venues will remain the same and if by chance it happens to be next year so be it. Remember we will all come out of this stronger and more positive in our outlook. Take care and please follow instructions that are being given. Like

08.01.2022 Due to the current Bushfire season continuing to impact vast parts of Australia, we have decided to move Round 1 to the much less fire prone Manilla venue. This will ensure that any fire operations in the Bylong area are not affected by our event. Bylong will now be in the much cooler August time slot (Round 4). We also need to adjust the date for the final round which will now be the 23-25 October. Sorry for the changes, but I'm sure you'll agree that we want to do everyth...ing we can to stay out of any fires way. Bring on Round 1... Info:- [email protected], PM here or call 0418 745830

07.01.2022 It's cool to see something like a trophy truck taking on an event not really designed for a rallysprint. Maybe someone in a winch truck could give it a go?

07.01.2022 As we get ready for Round 1 at Manilla, Let's check out Russell and Josh Rathbone in the FJ45 hitting the stages at the last round. This is Part 1, Part 2 will be out next week. Every minute of action from the stages. The Comeup XWC is not to be missed. Spectator Information coming soon.

03.01.2022 Part of SS2 for Friday night

01.01.2022 On my way to Emu Creek.
