25.01.2022 We have to give it to advisers, you have absolutely earned your stripes this year. On top of the continuing and fast-moving beast that is regulatory change, when the world delivered a global pandemic and hit the pause button on social connection, you dialled up your resilience, even more, to guide your clients, your teams and your families through a year that can only be described as a rollercoaster of curveballs and uncertainty. But in amongst these curveballs and challenges..., there's also been plenty of silver linings and opportunities. 24.01.2022 Having had hundreds of conversations with advisers this year, it is fair to say the ones who have been able to better navigate the curveballs 2020 has thrown at all of us have been those who seek out or lean into a support network. Whether it's family, friends, colleagues or networking groups - having people to call on when the isolation or overwhelm began creeping in was hugely important in maintaining a resilient mindset to keep going.
