He led me through the process in an orderly fashion and generated interest that led to an easy sale. It started with checking over the boat and recommending some minor repairs or replacements, then drafting and editing the advertisement and photos. We agreed a price, which was more than we had anticipated and the rest was h...andled by Ivan. We sold our sail boat in winter, which isn't ideal (so I thought) and the boat isn't among the most commonly known in Sydney, but the boat sold in a reasonable time, without having to reduce the price.
