04.01.2022 SES members have just started social distancing training. Last night we had two groups of 5 members training in map and navigation skills. Group 1 inside looking at grid references on maps and group 2 walking around our lovely town finding GPS points. And looking out for the wildlife.

04.01.2022 Stay at home to keep your family, neighbours and community safe. We've got this Yackandandah!

01.01.2022 Well, COVID-19 sure has changed the way we do things this year. You may have noticed that Yackandandah SES had taken a break from face-to-face skills maintenance and training and were only responding to emergencies. From tonight, we will be back training in small groups and wearing masks. We need to ensure we maintain the essential skills and capability required to respond to assist the community. Emergency services are permitted to undertake this training, as endorsed by th...e Victorian Chief Health Officer. Yackandandah SES is following all the COVIDSafe principles that are in place to keep us, our families and the community safe. Yackandandah SES

01.01.2022 Social distancing at its finest! (This photo was pre-masks, now this photo would be taken with face coverings to protect us and others).
