24.01.2022 Introducing our first Harkaway home. This beautiful home is from Harkaway Gabled Victorian Traditional range which features a well recognised and admired roofline from the Victorian era. This charming design of home is one of the major pillars that Harkaway Homes have built their unique reputation upon. This beautiful home features tall walls, high ceilings, a central hallway, French doors and leadlight windows which were the hallmarks of this classic Victorian design. Harka...way Homes are Designers and Suppliers of fine Reproduction Homes. They are a Registered Builder, however they do not build homes to completion (this is where Yack Constructions have come into the build process). Harkaway assist in designing a 100% flexible floor plan to suit your individual requirements and then supply the materials required to get your Harkaway Home to Lock-Up Stage. 24.01.2022 Things have been very quiet on here of late, but we have been very busy behind the scenes. Yesterday I had the opportunity to have some photos taken of one of the houses we handed over a number of months ago, a massive thanks to Simon Dallinger from http://www.simondallingerphotography.com.au/ for the photos and a massive thanks to Kenny and Kerrie for allowing us to take photos of there beautiful home!

19.01.2022 And that's a wrap!!! What a year 2016 has been! We welcomed our newest little tradie back in February, and we have also welcomed some new employees. I want to say a massive thank to the boys who work for us, without your hard work and dedication we wouldn't be where we are without you. You guys work long days to get jobs done and there is never a complaint about it. We want you to know we really appreciate your hard work... THANK YOU. ... We also need to say a massive thank you to our sub contractors without their organisation juggling jobs, 'our jobs' wouldn't run so smoothly. And to our clients who we have worked with over the past 12 months, it's has been a pleasure, making the choice to build or renovate your home with us, has been a pleasure. Without these clients we wouldn't have made 2016 the biggest year yet. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 16.01.2022 This beautiful home is situated on 176 acres backing onto the Kiewa river. This beautifully designed home has a double lock up garage, 4 bedrooms, study, rumpus room, a huge open plan living which flows out on to an amazing entertaining area with even better views of the property. This house was designed by the owners with family and friends in mind; with a large open living area and alfresco for entertaining on the weekends, and maybe some weekend babysitting too. The front... door frame and beam above the back sliding door was a bridge beam that was removed from an old bridge from Yamble. It was added to the house to make a beautiful feature at the front door and the living area, which flows out into the outdoor entertaining area. The timber floor makes the house feel warm and blends in well with the fine details, the well designed furnishings and the beautiful caesar stone bench tops in the kitchen. The main bathroom is a winner - the size of that bath, the tiles and that window with a view of the property! Many thanks to Dan and Chlorissa for welcoming us back into their beautiful home and allowing us take these photos to show the amazing job our carpenters and sub contractors do, day in and day out, to provide our clients with a home, of outstanding workmanship. Dan and Chlorissa you have done an amazing job from designing the floor plan, to the interior design and colour choices. Also a huge thank you to the Yack Constructions team who pulls this all together. I think these photos speak for themselves.
