23.01.2022 The State Government has eased some of the Covid - 19 restrictions and we are now in a position to accept guests in either caravans, motor homes, tents and in our onsite accommodation provided you reside in the South West Region of WA which is outline here at https://www.mainroads.wa.gov.au//RR_DWG0921-0041-05%20-%20 Travel restrictions across Regions still apply together with the 10 person rule announced by the Government. So we are open for the folk of the South West Region and hopefully in the not to distant future we can start to accept guests from other Regions.
20.01.2022 If you are staying down at the Park over school holidays and looking for something to do we can thoroughly recommend a drive out to the Cape Naturaliste light house. Lots of walks abound. These photos taken just a couple of weeks ago.
20.01.2022 Update on Coronavirus impact on Park Friday 26th March We will no longer accept bookings or arrivals for non-essential travel.... Both our Federal and State Governments have put in place either restrictions or strong announcements to avoid unnecessary intra and interstate travel. Their message is very clear: stay home and don’t travel unless it is essential We take the health and safety of our staff and guests seriously and inline with the Government advice / announcements we have decided that from 10-00am on Monday 30th March 2020, we will only remain open for essential travel / accommodation only. This includes people: Travelling for necessary work On the road attempting to return to their place of residence; and Needing to stay in a caravan park as interim accommodation where their primary residence is not available or they are unable to get there. This will remain in place until 30th April 2020 and will be reviewed at that time. All guests who have a booking in April will be emailed outlining this approach with the following options to apply: 1. Roll over of all monies paid to a booking for Easter /School holiday period next year. This gives you first option on your current booking being available for next year. No partials its full rollover. 2. Refund in full of monies paid but no guarantee you can get similar booking next year. The above will also apply to cancellations for bookings made to the 30th May 2020. Cancellations of bookings beyond this date are subject to our normal cancellation policy. We appreciate its difficult times and our staff are working hard handling guest enquiries so we ask you to be patient and where possible make contact via email and we will respond as soon as possible. Email is [email protected] Thank you
20.01.2022 Update on Coronavirus impact on Park Wednesday 25th March Following on from the National Cabinet meeting last night (24/03) the Prime Minister has made further announcements regarding social distancing and encouraging people to stay home and don’t travel unless it is essential. We anticipate the State Govt will announce today further restrictions on non-essential travel intra state which will affect our guests who have bookings over the coming Easter / School Holiday perio...d. As such we have adopted the following policy effective from today for guests wishing to cancel: 1. Roll over of all monies paid to a booking for Easter /School holiday period next year. This gives you first option on your current booking being available for next year. No partials its full rollover. 2. Refund in full of monies paid but no guarantee you can get similar booking next year. The above will apply to bookings made to the 31st May 2020. Cancellations of bookings beyond this date are subject to our normal cancellation policy. We appreciate its difficult times and our staff are working hard handling guest enquiries so we ask you to be patient and where possible make contact via email and we will respond as soon as possible. 09.01.2022 Whilst we are saddened that we are not going to be able to accept guests during April (except those on essential travel) its great to see those there at the moment having a little bit of fun and practicing social distancing......as they say possibly the new norm for a while at least.
08.01.2022 As you may be aware the Prime Minister of Australia earlier today announced that all non-essential domestic travel should be cancelled. Our Premier Mark McGowan has since also announced the closure of Western Australia’s border effective from 1-30 pm on Tuesday 24th March and has urged Western Australians to consider non-essential intra state travel. Whilst we appreciate these announcements have an impact on the upcoming Easter and school holiday period, we at this stage know... about as much as you do. Please give us a day or so to let us all get more information regarding this and the impact this will have on the Park. We understand there will be more announcements on Monday 23rd March. Should you have any immediate questions or concerns could we please ask you contact us by email on [email protected] and our staff will respond as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding See more

01.01.2022 ANZAC day April 2020 will certainly be remembered by us all, but at the same time its great to see so many who have taken the time to remember those who have laid down their lives so that we may have the life we have today. Vicki and Pete took the time this morning to remember all those brave men and women and laid a wreath overlooking the ocean...."Lest We Forget".
